*The navigation may take you to the Kroger, it is ACROSS THE STREET! Very basic rooms. It is a hotel/extended stay so they don't offer breakfast but they have kitchenettes in the rooms. They offer towels and wash cloths and basic hotel amenities. My room was clean when I arrived, it even smelled like bleach in the whole place. I only stayed for one night so I don't know how cleaning services work for longer stays. They allow dogs up to 40 lbs. The building is very secure, you have to use your key card to gain access to the living areas. I didn't check out their fitness center or laundry but both of those are also available.

Neil Patel is a Manager at the property (or was)… he is NOT a customer. So people affiliated with the business should not be making reviews to boost their rating. If packages are not supposed to be sent there or mail, DO NOT ACCEPT anything but the Hotel still does accept deliveries etc. Which voids their policy! Your camera footage won’t lie unless y’all have tempered with the footage. Enforce your policy all the time, not only when convenient.

Everybody was cool/ chilled, except this big bald dude, with a foggy eye. Must’ve been some form of management, I’m real mellow and I come to realize that people take it for granted. On my email that I used to book the hotel I was told/ shown the check out was from 11-12 he come to the door at 11:05 saying check out, my ole lady answered it while I was in the shower telling him we will be otw. 10 mins later he’s back. This time I answered it. I hear slick remarks before I open the door. I open it he says in a smart remark “ so like are you booking another day because check out was at 10. I calmly tell him on the email it says 11-12. He says “ ohh I ment to call you it’s 10. Well sir that has nothing to do with me I’m going by what I see/ told. Downhill from there. Will never go back again. Worst hotel or whatever you want to call it I’ve ever been in. And I travel for work, so that says a lot.

Will never visit this location again!! First off I originally book for a week stay…. I mentioned on the website that I will be traveling with a SERVICE DOG!… Which if you don’t know already you’re not supposed to be Charged for a Service Animal!… But I arrived to check in and the RUDE MAN at the Desk wasn’t Friendly or Welcoming and he Also CHARGED ME FOR MY SERVICE DOG! 😡 I WAS ALSO OVERCHARGED FOR MY STAY! The total I paid WAS $769! BUT YOU CLEARLY SEE MY RESERVATION BELOW QUOTES MUCH CHEAPER! Room was OUTDATED BED WAS SMALL!… HALLWAYS SMELLED LIKE MARIJUANA So I stayed ONE NIGHT!.. CANCELLED THE REST OF MY RESERVATION AND WENT SOMEWHERE ELSE! After the Fact THEY HELD MY MONEY FOR A WEEK BEFORE ISSUING MY REFUND FOR THE DAYS I DIDNT STAY! HORRIBLE!

Neil the manager is EXTREMELY problematic & probably only has the job due to family owning the hotel etc. I was staying here for an extended time & had four packages STOLEN. I have proof that replacements were required for FOUR Deliveries that were completed.Two of them were acknowledged as received by Neil himself & all packages are supposed to be logged according to the room. Neil supposedly did NOT log the packages properly & when I came to get my packages I was told nothing came for me/they were gone even though I had a picture of the package delivered to the front desk with my name. Neil does not like to take accountability for the unprofessionalism of his employees and him self. This isn’t the only incident I had occur while staying. Neil will end up getting this Extended Stay a Law suit sooner or later unless he is fired. He’s creepy and lacks management and social skills. Something is very off about him! Probably the Thief that stole my packages out of secret obsession. If you stay here, be prepared for unprofessional employees and theft of property. Hold them accountable and press charges if it happens ! There was another employee that was an issue but Neil and the employee kept providing fake names so I couldn’t make a proper complaint!
