The hotel location is great and there is no noise from traffic. The room was nice; however, the staff left much to be desired. When I arrived there seemed to be some kind of emergency going on, but the front desk clerk (Laurie) did not say a word to me. It was only when I got to the room, much to my dismay, did I realize there was no water supply. I had to call the front desk and they confirmed what I believed to be true. Yet, there was no word of apology. Later, I went down to the reception to inquire and still no proper explanation or apology. The issue was resolved later that evening but one would have expected better communication or at least an apology for the inconvenience. Imagine the plight of those forced to use the shower or toilet only to receive a nasty surprise in the bathroom! That check-in and arrival experience was very disappointing. All the staff at this hotel appeared to be unhappy and nobody had a smile on their face or even greeted me once in the two days I was there. Not even a 'Thank you' or 'Good-bye' when I checked out. I would have given the place one star, but the hotel location and room rate were pretty good, so decent value for money.

Mar 10, 2025 · Lovell PintoAfter a long flight from California, we got to the hotel pretty late and Heather welcomed us as we walked into the lobby. She did a great job getting us checked in quickly and explaining the perks of the hotel. The room was clean and the bed was cozy.
May 16, 2025 · James GriffeyWe stayed at this location for 2 nights while we attended a dance convention. The woman who checked us in on Friday night (I didn't get her name- sorry) was wonderful. She was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless. The beds (and sofabed) were comfortable. Breakfast was decent. We would absolutely stay there again and will recommend it to others. The location is very convenient and easy to find- right off the highway!
Mar 18, 2025 · Denise LoganI recently stayed here for two weeks while visiting family in the area. I was impressed with the room and the breakfast and overall enjoyed my stay. However, it snowed the night before I checked in and the parking lot was not properly cleared of snow and ice. I have limited mobility and was at risk of falling every time I got in and out of my car. While I’m sure it’s difficult to clear a parking lot full of cars, they should’ve had someone come back out during the day when there were significantly less vehicles. The sidewalks and walkways were not clear and not even the handicap spaces were safe. The parking lot and walkways remained an icy hazard until the end of my stay. The hotel had some other great accessibility features but it was hard to appreciate them when greeted with such inaccessibility. Also, there were still Christmas decorations up at the end of February and the smart technology needs a little work, but my only real complaint is the inaccessible parking and entry
