Stayed here this past weekend for SER wrestling and the entire experience was EXCELLENT! When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk supervisor and another young lady. They were very accommodating and swiftly corrected my booking when we ran into a little snag. The property is clean and up to date. We requested things few times during the stay and all were fulfilled without question. This location serves a full Breakfast with lots of variety such as biscuits, bacon, grits, eggs, fruit, self serve waffles, muffins etc. The kids enjoyed the pool, it didn't have a hot tub if that's a deal breaker for you. We were initially planning to stay at the embassy but all the rooms to accommodate a party of 6 was booked. This will be our first choice from now on if this chain is available in the area.

May 18, 2025 · perchell SuttonStaff was rude when we arrived to check in. The lady behind the desk was on a personal call for almost 15 minuets while I waited as patiently as possible. I tried to ignore as she dug inside her ear with her finger before asking for my credit card. (Ewwww!) The room was clean and the location was easy to find. The pool was full of floating scum and was not suitable for swimming. Worst of all was the continental breakfast! Dont waste your morning here. Go somewhere else! Bacon was nasty, to say the least and the biscuits where rock hard at 730am. This hotel needs to tighten up their breakfast game! Also, there is an additional $11.50 per day for parking in the un-secured lot. What a joke! There are plenty of other good hotels in town to consider this one!
Apr 20, 2025 · Braden QuickI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the cleanliness of the entire establishment was evident, creating an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. The room was immaculate and beautifully arranged, offering all the amenities one could need for a relaxing stay. The standout aspect was undoubtedly the customer service; the staff went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt valued and attended to. Their helpfulness and professionalism added a personal touch that made the experience truly exceptional. As a Hilton Diamond Honor member,I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service.
Feb 21, 2025 · Carlos RodriguezFirst Home2 I have stayed in that charges for parking and it is a separate charge- not added to the Hotel bill. Pure nickel and dime money grab. As a loyal HH member for decades this approach and the poor service from the person on duty is deeply concerning. Update- The GM called me and addressed my concerns, so I am very appreciative of that. Other than the initial interaction at the desk, everyone else has been very helpful and pleasant. Great job by this team working to make things right. Charging for parking is still a mystery to me in this location- I think it starts guests off on the wrong foot.
May 12, 2025 · Jason KirkThe hotel's location is great. You can reach Duluth within 10mins by car. It's also in a very nice, safe and quiet area. The room is very spacious. The kitchen area doesn’t have a stovetop, but it's well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and various kitchen essentials. There are two TVs—one in the living room area and one in the bedroom. The bedding was warm and cozy, and I slept very well. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean, with all the essentials provided. However, I think it would have been better if it had a walk-in shower instead of a bathtub. Oh, and you can have breakfast in the lobby. The breakfast itself is not bad, but be aware that the tables are very sticky and dirty since they don’t seem to be cleaned regularly. We stayed with our dog, and there was no unpleasant smell. There’s plenty of outdoor space for dogs to run around. Overall, we really liked our stay and would love to come back again!
