Plan to spend as much on parking as your hotel room!! My bed was lumpy, and the room felt dated. The shower grout needs to be redone yesterday. The laundry room had busted maxhines and smelled weird. Thankfully the manager helped me out with that situation. Fitness center is dirty, there is no disinfectant spray for the machines so they're sticky and grimy. The continental breakfast has no fresh fruit. Only the oatmeal was palatable, everything else was ultraprocessed. I am super loyal to Hilton brand hotels but would not go back to this one

May 19, 2025 · Tracy KnippelOverall our stay was very nice. The location was perfect for attending a swing dance event at the nearby City Winery and it is close to the Jefferson regional rail station (our transportation), the Reading Terminal Market (we purchased pastries for an after dance snack), as well as, many Philly attractions. The room was clean, large (we practices dancing a little) and well equipped. The room furnishing were a little on the cheap side, but it was all in good shape and worked well. The bed was confortable but maybe not plush. The shower was prefabricated plastic but it worked really well - the shower floor was not slippery, there was a good grab rail and there was plenty of water pressure and hot water. The room also had a fully equipped kitchen! The hotel staff was uniformly very pleasant and cheerful. The free breakfast was just pretty good but we had no complaints.
May 04, 2025 · Lou KrauseFunky smells and BEDBUGS!!!!!!!! Broke out in welts on day 2 of staying here, hotel staff claimed they were flea bites….even though I didn’t have an animal with me. They were nice enough to give me trash bags to pack up my belongings to take them to a laundry mat before I transferred to a new hotel. Thankfully I was traveling for work so my the company I work for handled the logistics/cancellations! AWESOME location but not worth the itch or bringing the bugs home with you!
May 11, 2025 · Kellie JohnsonGreat location, unfortunately that was the only redeeming quality. Our hotel room was disgusting. It smelled like a dirty locker room, the counters were visibly dirty, the shower had hair in it, and light switches were broken. We went to the front desk and requested it be clean and were given a different room after a 4 hour wait. Unfortunately many of the same issues were present in the second room and we had to go out and buy disinfect and clean the room ourselves. On top of that upon checking in I discovered that the changes to my stay that I had made online had not stayed. I was told that because it was made under a hotel block they had to go through a specific email. No where was this mentioned online, nor does it make sense that I was able to adjust my reservation online if this is the case. I was given an email of who to contact to request the reservation change and never heard back. If that wasn't enough the pool was closed and I was not informed of this at any point. I discovered it when I went down to the pool and it was empty with a sign closed for maintenance. I understand things happen but at least let us know when checking in.
Apr 04, 2025 · Becca BaudhuinLarge suite hotel right next to the market hall. My room was spacious. However, the furnishings were a bit outdated. The bed was not particularly comfortable. The bathroom was quite small. Breakfast at the hotel is only available until 9am. This can be a disadvantage for vacationers. The wifi worked without any problems. The team was friendly.
