I stayed here last week and really enjoyed my stay. I was in town to shoot QVC, so I had quite a drive to West Chester, but figured it'd be cool to stay downtown for my first time in Philly. The staff were very respectful and helpful. Mr. Michael who manages the bar, is AMAZING. I spent the evenings watching the NBA playoffs and ordering from local spots to try some local food. Room was clean and spacious. If you are attending an event at the convention center, this hotel is perfect. Like any big city, there are a good amount of people in the area experiencing homelessness. I had no issues, even with walking around at night. The architecture around the area is beautiful. Short drive to airport, sports arenas, Rocky stairs, and Navy Yard. It'll be my go to hotel for downtown Philly.

May 19, 2025 · Chad LeeI have been here a number of times for work. Breakfast and fitness center are both great. It is fairly busy here with sports teams and convention participants often filling it up. The bartender here has a whole fish owl of free candy (gummy bears, Reeses, etc) for you to munch on at the bar. Service has been hit or miss, but last stay was amazing - complete with a complimentary upgrade. Location is near Chinatown and the Reading Terminal Market -- wonderful location, very walkable, beer gardens around, etc. in the winter, there is a Christmas Market basically right outside. Great place to stay when you need a business hotel for a night or two - I recommend it. I switched to here from the Hilton on City Ave and am happy with my decision.
May 16, 2025 · Brian MathersI absolutely loved the experience at the Hampton Inn, the service was great, the room was spectacular and the overall time me and my husband spent there was amazing. The free morning breakfast was the cherry on top with warm waffles and yummy toasted bagels. I would definitely visit P.A. again and book a stay here.
May 19, 2025 · Ashley MarieIt’s in a nice place near lots of eateries, but the hotel itself should be more welcoming. Guests are spending hard-earned money at your branch. To ALL employees, if you were a guest, you would’ve wanted to be treated the same way. As I entered the room, there was toilet paper that wasn’t flushed. Point blank, it needs professional receptionists and better housekeeping staff.
Apr 16, 2025 · Deavan DrepaulQueen Bee is super helpful, kind, and welcoming. Rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location. Breakfast starts at 6AM and h they change the breakfast options everyday. Gym is 24hrs and there’s and ice machine on every floor.
