Second time staying here on both occasions in the Mayor's suite. Apartment is modern and has everything you need. Quiet location with only a short walk into the city centre. There is a coffee shop(used), Mexican diner(ate twice there) & pizza diner at the end of the street . Can leave luggage in secure CCTV room till 4 in the afternoon. Host very helpful and pleasant and will be my first choice of accommodation when back in Philadelphia.

May 19, 2025 · jason leeHad the pleasure of recently staying at The Kestrel Reading Viaduct Loft. Myself and two buds were in Philly for an event and the Reading Viaduct Loft was conveniently located near the venue. They have reserved private parking for two vehicles in a private garage with camera monitoring and unlimited access during the stay. EV charging is available. The room was very nice and clean and comes with most things anyone could need. There is no tv, however there are nice Bluetooth speakers for guests to use. And because of the location, it wasn't too far to get most other items. Check-in time is 3pm or later. There is no check-in process. You will be sent codes and detailed instructions to gain access to your room and garage if you reserved parking. The day of our stay we received a message and phone number from our concierge Louis, letting us know if we needed anything or had questions to call or message and he would be happy to help anytime from 7am-11pm. Louis was a great help during the stay! There is good deal of information in the room about lots of things in the area and places to go. And there is free wifi. Check-out time is 11am, but I was able to arrange a late check-out. And the cost of the loft was very reasonable. Big thank you to Chris, Dan, and Louis! Will definitely use that location again when in Philly.!

We had plans in the city and decided to look into hotels, so I did a lot of research about local hotels and happened to come across this one. Everything was easy and straightforward, communication was top notch, and the building was near everything we needed for a good visit. The room/studio was very clean and cute, and had everything we needed. No issues with noise, either. The only thing I would change is perhaps the curtains. Like a previous reviewer said, they don’t cover the whole window and are light, but you are higher up, so the privacy doesn’t feel like an issue and the sun doesn’t blast in. It’s just a small thing, and it would definitely not keep me from staying there again. Really loved it! A definite gem!

The access to luggage storage after checking out was extremely convenient and allowed me to tour some more of the city before departing.
