Honestly service was great! Front desk staff was quick and friendly and the evening bartender was great as well. Rooms are fine, my shower door did not close all the way but it happens, not a big deal. The beds were comfortable, though! Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and the convention center. Overall a very cute boutique hotel in the Marriott family in Philly.

Feb 13, 2025 · Cindy FloI accidentally left my glasses in the room. Upon calling that morning, they told me to fill out an online form and would not help me further. That evening I called and they had said they would have checked the room but couldn’t because someone had checked in that evening (which means they could have checked that morning but didn’t want to). Then, they said they checked everywhere but couldn’t find them. Then miraculously a week later, they found them (even though they had sworn they had checked the room meticulously). We told them exactly what time we would be there to pick them up the following day. When my boyfriend (who had booked the room, so his name was on our reservation) went to pick them up before his flight they made him wait over two hours before giving him the glasses, even though we had shared what time we would be there. Cleaning staff didn’t communicate they had found glasses or what room they were found in, staff did not communicate to other staff what time we would be in and which glasses we needed. Better staff communication could have prevented this entire headache.
May 19, 2025 · KelsThe view and location are the only reasons why this hotel is nice. First of all, they don’t have a lobby, so If you arrive early, you can’t wait at the hotel and have to go somewhere else. There are a lot of mice around the hotel area at night (outside) Third, housekeeping arrives very late to clean the room. I had to call three times to have my shampoo and body wash refilled, which was very time-consuming. I would recommend staying at a different hotel if you want a peaceful and pleasant stay.
Feb 16, 2025 · Leza PavelevaFirst time here. Convenient location. Rooms are renovated but beds and pillows were hard. The gym was closed for construction which I was not aware of. They direct you to the Aloft which is right next door but who wants to walk outside in workout clothes in 20-30 degree weather.
Jan 30, 2025 · Julio FernandezThis was my first time staying at a Marriott hotel, and it will be my top choice in the future. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, especially the Black lady who assisted me on Saturday night. She was so thoughtful and helped me choose a room with a City Hall night view. She’s the best! An amazing experience overall!
