Overall, nice hotel! Stayed one night for about $280. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very professional. Had free breakfast, which included an array of yogurts, cereals, pastries, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, waffles, bagels/toast, and of course, coffee. The room wasn't too large, but it had a decent view with clean sheets and a shower with great temperature control. There is also a basic gym and a lobby area with nice seats and tables for work/study. Located in a spot very close to shops, parks, and restaurants. Most things were a good walking distance away. Right across the street from a small park, the city hall, and a subway station. The Reading Market is just a few blocks down. The only criticism is that they aren't really great at providing information. A lot of hotels come with a small, physical brochure or packet that they give you that outlines amenities, locations, and various times for breakfast/happy hour. The staff was very nice about clarifying this info, and they have most of it on the website, but it can be difficult juggling through different pages. A small leaflet or brochure in the room or lobby would have been better. Additionally, the check-in lobby is on the second floor, where there is no obvious sign. Otherwise, still a great spot to stay. Clean and close to a lot of great sites.

May 18, 2025 · Krishna PaulGot a BEAUTIFUL view of the city from our room!! Tony was super accommodating and helpful when it came to the reservation and it made our experience a 10/10! Breakfast was included and there was much more than we expected. The hotel is within walking distance of a lot so we didn’t even have to take our car out during our stay. Lots of great food options within 15 min walking or less. Will definitely be coming back soon!
May 04, 2025 · Alvaro CardozaGreat hotel, very centrally located. 7 minute walk to Suburban Station which is where the Airport train stops. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great, lots of variety, and healthy if you want it to be. Happy hour includes nibbles and two drinks..... for free. Workout room is spacious and well-equipped. Rooms are also spacious with comfortable couch chairs, a desk with a desk chair, fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Bed is a very comfortable king. Blackout curtains make it nice and dark while sleeping. Bathroom is modern, big with a great shower. South facing views from the 30th floor were awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
Mar 30, 2025 · Neil FreemanWe liked our stay. Place is very clean. Had a couple of maintenance items, once reported to front desk, was taken care of swiftly. Free breakfast was nice, especially the overnight oats served in individual cups, thoughtfully hygienic! Evening reception was good with a choice of beers and wines, cheese, olives and bread. We will be back!
May 01, 2025 · J YI would stay here again when I'm in Philadelphia. The location is ideal - next to the W,across the street from a Del Frisco and down the street from shops. It's also a block from city hall where there is always something going on. The property appears to be newer and the management is responsive. I can see, however, where the property may easily become worn because of the paint type used on the walls (bathrooms especially) but overall it has great potential if they can keep it clean which it definitely was during my stay. The other thing I liked which I don't know if it's all rooms are the wall controls for the sheer and block panel curtains. It would be ideal if it were near the bed too but I liked not having to walk over to them and manually close them. There was an emergency situation while I was there but it seemed to resolve itself pretty quickly. We never found out what it was but you couldn't take elevator or stairs which, any longer than the 5 minutes, could have been concerning. I did like that the hotel lobby was on the second floor. Philly has a high number of transients in the street so having business happen on the second floor definitely made me feel safer. Overall a good stay. I wish they had a self park option but I totally get it. I just don't like anyone driving my car but me, my sister (she's okay in short stints on road trips) and of course my husband. That's it.
