Staying here tonight and this hotel has been above and beyond! Got a fancy fruit plate and thank you letter and excellent service at check in. The renovations are fantastic, the parking and check in process were easy, and we’re looking forward to breakfast in the morning. We were bummed that Nineteen was made into an event venue as it was a favorite restaurant, but man what an awesome event venue- can’t blame them. The host at the Pergola during lunch let us go check it out, thanks for that! These rooms are huge, by the way- especially for a city hotel. This is just another reason to love the Hyatt brand! Keep up the great work!

Mar 30, 2025 · Mark McGuinnessHyatt spared NO EXPENSE in the renovations of The Bellevue! It may as well be a brand new property. And it is 100% worth staying here. The Bellevue is incredibly luxurious and elegant. The rooms are gorgeous; very design forward. There are also special touches throughout, such as the mini bottle of water designed specifically for the iron, so you don't have to fill it at the sink! They also have a coffee bar in the lobby with complimentary drip coffee each day (specialty coffees would incur a charge). The conservatory is stunning. The top floor restaurant is gorgeous and delicious (we had breakfast there in the morning and it was great. It's overpriced, like any hotel breakfast, but honestly not too much more expensive than brunch spots in the area. If breakfast is included in your rate, it's definitely worth eating there). What truly can't be beat, however, is access to The Sporting Club at the Bellevue. This is the premier gym in Philly and as a Bellevue guest, you get free access. Whatever you thought you knew about the Bellevue hotel, toss it aside. This hotel has taken on a whole new identity, and it's stunning.
Mar 15, 2025 · Briana KnoxLong time Eagles fans that have never been to Philly. We've always gone to away games and have always made our way to every Super Bowl city. This year my husband said "something feels different. Let's go to Philly." We chose the Bellevue because it was right on Broad St. close to City Hall and for the great reviews. We couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment we walked in the staff was top notch. We were welcomed by Zach at the door who always called us by name every single time we saw him. He was also a wealth of information. We looked forward to that smile every time we returned to the hotel. Genesis at the front desk got us checked in and gave us very detailed information about the hotel and answered any questions. I really hate that I didn't get the names of any of the security people or valets but they were also welcoming, fun, and a wealth of knowledge. It was already a trip of a lifetime and everyone at the Bellevue contributed to that in a large way. They even had a catered Super Bowl watch party just for hotel guests, residents of the Bellevue Residences, and the Sporting Club (which we didn't get a chance to see but heard from others it's amazing). We had tickets to another watch party but decided to stay at the Bellevue and are so glad we did. Being able to run out onto Broad St after the Eagles Super Bowl win was a surreal experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. Not to mention the Bellevue security team took great care of us and cleared a path whenever they saw us back around the hotel. Based on the elegance of the hotel you would expect the staff to be efficient but possibly aloof however everyone was extremely warm and welcoming. We so looked forward to interacting with them. The hotel itself is GORGEOUS and spotlessly clean. They did a really great job on the room renovations and they have quite possibly the most comfortable beds we've ever encountered in a hotel. They are still doing some renovating so right now there is still scaffolding around the entire hotel but it didn't detract from our visit in the least bit. In fact it just made us want to come back so we can see the full beauty of the hotel. The hotel is within easy walking distance to SO many stores, restaurants, bars, and historic sites. We were only there a few days and we walked a TON. If you're fairly active you can walk to the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, Benjamin Franklin Museum, Reading Terminal Market and so, so much more. All in all the Bellevue was a great choice for us in all respects. We will definitely be back and GO BIRDS!
Feb 14, 2025 · Jennifer TerryHad a short overnight stay at the newly renovated Bellevue Hotel for the Broad Street 10 mile race. This hotel sits one mile past the halfway point of the race and is a great location in general to stay in Philadelphia. The renovation came out beautifully, making this property one of the nicest places to stay in the city of brotherly love. We will definitely return and would highly recommend it here!
May 04, 2025 · A RBeautiful historic hotel in an excellent location. The room was clean and comfortable with stylish decor. Helpful and accommodating staff. The sports club was excellent and parking options were the best of any centrally located hotel.
