We loved our stay at ROOST Midtown! We were visiting Philly for the marathon weekend. ROOST Midtown was perfect for this. It was relatively quiet at night despite being in a busy area, we were a 20 minute walk to the marathon start line and best of all we were able to make our own breakfast in the well stocked kitchen. The staff were so incredibly nice! I coordinated in advance with Austin the concierge to accept some packages for us, the person who checked us was full of helpful tips about the city. All the staff we encountered were so nice. The unit was also well decorated, it felt very cozy and modern. This was our first time staying in a ROOST and we would not hesitate to stay in another.

Promotional information for ROOST Midtown, aimed at the "Hotels Near Of Me" audience, would heavily emphasize its unique proposition: combining the independence and space of an apartment with the luxury services of a boutique hotel. Key messages would highlight the "perfect" Center City location, ideal for both business and leisure travelers due to its proximity to major attractions and transportation. The "well-stocked kitchen" and "in-unit laundry" would be major selling points for extended stays, offering significant cost savings and convenience compared to traditional hotel rooms. The "incredibly nice staff" and personalized service would be a crucial differentiator, ensuring a welcoming and supported experience. The stylish, "cozy and modern" decor, combined with high-quality amenities like premium linens, designer toiletries, and a gourmet coffee program, would appeal to guests seeking a refined aesthetic. Promotions might target corporate housing needs, relocation stays, or long-term leisure visits, offering flexible booking options. The consistent "highly recommended" feedback from satisfied guests would be a powerful testimonial. While acknowledging the urban noise on weekends and the lack of on-site parking (with clear solutions provided), ROOST Midtown's overall appeal lies in providing a comfortable, luxurious, and truly residential-feeling experience in a prime urban setting, making it a compelling choice for anyone searching for extended stay options in Philadelphia.

Nov 26, 2024 · Lisa BaumanderThe hotel is greatly orgranized and decorated like a living piece of art. There are live plants and seating places on floor. The bathroom is wide spacious, lots of modern amenities, cool coffee grinding and making tools. They provide full kitchen amenities, spoons, knives, pans, pots, handwash, dishwash. The rooms are extremely clean and the fragrance is noticeable around. We didn't use the TV much, but the dining and oven was helpful. We had few issues, but the staffs were extremely helpful into resolving them. Only downside maybe, no parking space. You can take suggestions from the reception on nearby altenatives. I parked in Sonesta, which was 10min walk, 25$/day because I mentioned I am referred by Roost.

Nov 18, 2024 · SIGMA NapoliFantastic place to stay in Center City. The apartment and building were gorgeous, clean and well-stocked. Really enjoyed the high-end amenities and having a 24-hour concierge.
Dec 18, 2024 · StevieWow! What an amazing stay! We stayed two nights at ROOST, during our East coast trip. Spacious rooms, well furnished and super comfy. Kitchen is fully equipped, we even cooked one night! Bathroom amenities are exceptional, quality Le Labo shampoo and conditioner and even dryer and washing machine in the room. I’ll be checking for Roost properties in my next trips! Good to know; There is a gym equipped with Peloton bikes and a nice terrace on the last floor.
