We absolutely loved our room that was clean and had a nice view. The fitness room was very pleasant and functional. Everything was perfect, except maybe for the cleaning service that I would prefer them to come clean the room in the morning. One day we had to wait until the afternoon for them to come and clean. However, nothing to complain about the cleaning, just in the timing. Location of the hotel was also very good, staff very nice, I would recommend the hotel!

Apr 06, 2025 · T. D. L.Had an amazing stay at the W Philadelphia. I booked a mega room and was upgraded by a staff since it was my first time. What an incredible upgrade. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The lobby turns into a lounge with a DJ. Such a vibe. Would highly recommend to stay or swing by for a drink. Very cute spot.
Apr 22, 2025 · C RamiahHad a great stay at W Philadelphia. The hotel has a unique and stylish theme that adds to the experience. The staff was accommodating, and my room was clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a fantastic job refreshing the room between nights, which was much appreciated. One of the highlights was the amazing city view from my room, making for a great atmosphere. The hotel also has a spa, which is a nice bonus for those looking to relax. The location is another plus—situated in a good area with restaurants and bars within walking distance, making it convenient for dining and exploring the city. Overall, it was a solid stay with a mix of comfort, good service, and a great location. Would definitely consider staying here again!
Mar 10, 2025 · Mr. KreilickThe hotel is very dark and generally very loud. The styling of the lobby and common areas would be fine, but the dark aesthetic in the rooms is inconvenient and not functional. It’s also so dark in most of the room that I don’t feel they could possibly get everything clean. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was very thin and cheap feeling. The shower was slippery and the floor of the shower shifted side to side under my feet. The water also was the hot side of warm at the hottest setting. Everything about the hotel was attractive and thematic and would have been great for a party or an event but for an actual stay, it was not enjoyable, especially for the price. The elevators were slow and frustrating and would skip floors even with the button pushed and once just completely cleared all of the buttons midway up and went to the top floor despite 4-5 other floors having been selected.
May 11, 2025 · Erin RudertBeautiful 5 star hotel in Center City Philadelphia. I’m a local and we used the hotel to celebrate our 25th anniversary. The only reason for a 3 star rating for service was the Valet Parking. That part of Chestnut Street is chaotic and crowded. The Valet staff were all bunched up together at the. Valet stand looking at their phones. No one offering help or moving cars quickly to make more room. Another issue was, the door handle inside the shower door was missing. The door only moves inward. I could barely reach the top of the door to open it. A huge safety issue
