Apr 12, 2025 · Nichole MasonIt's a nice plaza hotel. There's plenty of space for parking. It's located near stores. The room is nice and spacious. There's a couch, large refrigerator, stove top, microwave and even cups and plates. The bed was comfortable and the room full of natural light. The ladies, at the front desk, were nice. Even though check out was at 11am...they allowed me to stay until 2pm on my final day (without extra charge). There was no shower gel in the shower. The toilet paper roll seemed to have been used by previous occupants. I had to ask for a new one. There was a big stain on the top sheet on the bed. The pool wasn't exactly warm. I woke up early to get breakfast (breakfast is from 6:30am-9am). It's not a restaurant-styled dining experience. Far from it. The breakfast area was disappointing. It's basically a long table with some basic food items on it. I was told I needed to toast my own bread and make my own breakfast. I was waiting in a long line and decided to head to Panera Bread instead. Overall, a nice, simple, clean, centrally located hotel with nice staff.
Jan 01, 2025 · Rayon LennonIt's a reliable hotel with modern amenities, good room layouts, and great staff. I've stayed here twice and had no issues either time. The beds are some of the best I've had at a basic hotel, same with the pillows. Bedsheets are generally soft (not scratchy), pillows have an assorted mix of softer and more firm options. The breakfast is good for a quick bite before heading out, but is pretty basic as others have noted. If you're looking for a great breakfast nearby, check out Garden of Eatin (in Gardner's supply, yes) around the corner. Their sandwiches are to die for. If you're getting in late, lots of restaurants nearby close around 9. The longhorn steakhouse around the corner is solid and is open until 10.
Jan 24, 2025 · A WOne of the best hotels I’ve been to cleanliness and amenities wise. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room had basically a full kitchen with a stovetop, microwave, toaster, pots, pan, bowls, plates, cups and mugs, and silverware. The room was very modern and comfortable. The only negative I really had was the breakfast, it was very lack luster with little seating and not put together very well, but the food was decent besides the juices which were extremely watered down. Overall a very good hotel and recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay.
Nov 17, 2024 · Gaby RodriguezWe spent 2 nights on Monday December 16 and Tuesday December 17, 2024. We are from Montreal and regularly come to Vermont, decided to just vacation here, enjoy some shopping and food in the area. We've stayed at another Home2Suites chain and really enjoy the style of this hotel, spacious rooms and free parking/breakfast. This hotel is an awesome location, close to shops and quiet area - away from major roads or highways. The building is relatively new, the lobby and overall rooms are very welcoming and bright. Love that you can check in early and choose your room through the Hilton mobile app. Our room had 2 queen beds, desk/table, a sofa bed, kitchenette with a full size fridge/freezer, very large microwave, hot plate to cook on and full size dishwasher along with all the plates/pyrex containers/utensils and cookware you might need to cook something basic. The bathroom is spacious, lots of towels and great ammenities in the shower, Shampoo, conditionner and body wash (Gilchrist & Soames Zero % collection). These are built in pump dispensers. We noticed some of our bottles were running low but called room service and they quickly brought in new bottles, along with lotion which wasn't initially available in the room. Only drawback is that one of the beds had a very soft sunken in mattress, this was the one that was obviously used the most as the other bed closest to the wall was still firm. I would recommend flipping/rotating the mattress to find a more comfortable spot. I ended up taking the bed apart and flipping it and that helped. In terms of breakfast - there were basic selections, there are pre-made breafast sandwiches like Jimmy Dean, which are wrapped up, so convenient to grab and go. There are different types of omelettes, hard boiled eggs, hashbrowns and even a mexican style taquito which contained egg and cheese. There is a waffle maker, bagels, muffins, some fresh fruit and yogourt dispenser (never seen this before!), oatmeal, cereal and various juices/coffee. I like that the hotel is eco-conscious, there are no paper plates or plastic utensils and the yogourt dispenser is a cool option to reduce little plastic cups as you just press on a button and plate a bowl under to get as much as you need. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for something modern, spacious and affordable. Note that this area is close to an Air Force base and during weekdays, starting at around 9AM and throughout the day there are multiple fighter jets that take off so you will hear some very loud occasional noise. This was very cool for us to see, but depending on what you are doing during the day or if you like to sleep in on weekdays this will be a disturbance.
