Aug 17, 2024 · Amanda LinharesManagement is rude not only did they come in my room while I was in the shower and my kids were sleeping when I checked out early due to this they said “they refunded” me for the rest of my stay they did not. Not only did they not refund me they charged my other card $289 for “smoking and having pets in the room”. Which are not accurate. Overall I do not recommend this hotel we had issues with the red roof who owns this hotel before.

When I arrived I was told they only have one room that is handicapped accessible in their entire facility and we did not have it. I had 2 people handicapped. One in a wheelchair and one in a powerchair. Desk staff was rude and short with me at check in. No soap in one room and no trash can in the other. Rooms were dirty like they had been quick cleaned. They also were very dated. Beds are old and need replaced. Pillows are a joke they are so flat. Hallways had not been cleaned or vacuumed in a long time by note of all the dirt in the railings along the walls. We stayed there because I had no choice at that point. I have to say I was ripped off big time with the handicapped booking and the state of the rooms.
