Convenient location to Sea World and near restaurants and shopping. Rooms aren’t very clean. I guess the hotel is pet friendly and my room must’ve not been to clean. My kids got itchy and had allergic reactions to the pullout bed couch and also found a leftover dog snack. Shower area was dirty and not cleaned well. The only big plus was the Hotel breakfast included and breakfast staff were wonderful. I usually don’t leave negative reviews but I hope this can help make this place better by pointing out some of the flaws that can be corrected.

May 26, 2025 · Lester C.The room was beautiful, but we ran into so many issues at the hotel. First, when we arrived there was a dead bird in the parking lot. I mentioned it to the front desk staff when we checked in and was told it would be taken care of. This was on a Tuesday, and by Friday morning when we checked out, the very, very dead bird was still in the same spot. In our room (204), there were several concerns. First, there was no fan in the bathroom so when you take a shower, the condensation and humidity was causing mold on the ceiling. I attached a picture. One of the cabinets in the kitchen was missing a door handle (also pictured), making it hard to get inside. The sink also had some screw or attachment loose and when you go to turn it on, the entire faucet piece moves. I added a video. During our stay, the first floor and second floor ice machines were empty. The second floor one had a tarp laid on the floor with large pieces of, what I assume to be, ceiling peeling off and on the floor. There was a cone but the whole area should have been closed off. Also, we stayed in a double queen room, with a pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress did not have a mattress pad on it, and there was not one in the extra linen bag either. The linen bag was also missing a top sheet and flat sheet for the pull out, so we ended up having to go the front desk to get some. While the breakfast was good and the downstairs snack area convenient, I would not recommend this hotel. The lack of care and number of issues was ridiculous for the price.

Jan 02, 2025 · Adam MendozaI have been a guest at your hotel since December, and I am on the bottom floor. Initially, we had an issue with jumping and thumping in the room above us, I asked for assistance and it was addressed. Once again, only worse than before and much worse, I have called twice about the hotel guest above us who is thumping, running , and shaking the light fixtures in the room below. I was told they were a short term guest, I dealt with no change for 4 days. It happens not only during the day, but at night and in the morning. It has not been fixed, I have asked for some support putting adults or short term residents above me however, it makes it hard to sleep or rest in this hotel. I am now looking to make other arrangements. I have had enough, it is unreasonable what has occured and the front desk did not take action , I called back and they still did not take action. I asked them to please walk to the room and hear for themselves what is occuring. It is not a hotel, it is a trampoline for my upstairs neighbor and this is not a restful place to be. I think the hotel would do better if they considered long term guests, placed adults above them.and tried to keep children on the bottom floor or invest in better structures. Other than that, it has been top notch. All the great customer service in the world can't compensate for living under what sounds like a basketball court with horses galloping and jumping into the late night. Erica was contacted by the front desk- the resolution was for me to move to the 4th floor. I should now move, after being here since December vs. Fixing the problem. I will be making arrangements to move out. Not good customer service. Also.....this is the way they treat Diamond members (fyi) Update! Thank you Erika for your response. But instead of offering to move someone who has been staying at your hotel since December (now March) you should have just addressed the problem instead of suggesting we be inconvenienced by moving all of our belongings to the 4th floor making it harder on us just so we could have a civilized experience. Expecting respectful guests to move to accommodate disrespectful guests is not a good answer. Addressing the problem promptly is the answer. Not putting another guest under a disrespectful hotel member would only create another situation that would be disruptive to anyone who has light fixtures rattling and constant thumping all hours of the day or night, even after 10pm. I understand kids and people make noise, that was never an issue. It is expected, so I can't downplay what occured as a sping break issue. It is when you have obnoxious, rattling,thumping, light fixtures shaking consistently, constantly, incessantly- even at night. It is a failure on the hotel's management to address it that has caused a level of frustration and my only desire now is to find somewhere else to go as quickly as I can to avoid this mistake happening again. Sometimes customers are wrong, sometimes they complain and it is ridiculous. I get that. My issue is completely legitimate, it is way over and above reasonable for anyone and I would consider being more diligent in the future about making sure your hotel is a peaceful and restful place not for some, but for ALL your guests.
