For individuals utilizing the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform to locate immediate accommodation options, Hotel 369 Brooklyn often appears as a choice within the bustling borough of Brooklyn, New York. Situated at 369 Glenmore Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207, USA, this hotel presents itself as an option for travelers seeking a place to stay in the area. Understanding the realities of a stay at Hotel 369 Brooklyn is crucial, particularly when relying on a service that prioritizes proximity and real-time availability. The hotel can be reached via phone at (718) 255-7999 or mobile at +1 718-255-7999.
The concept of "Hotels Near Of Me" is fundamentally about convenience and location. Hotel 369 Brooklyn's address on Glenmore Avenue places it within a specific urban context in Brooklyn. While the proximity to a subway entrance is highlighted as a singular advantage in customer feedback, the overall assessment of the surrounding environment from guest reviews is notably negative. One reviewer explicitly describes the location as "bad," being in an area of Brooklyn with "nothing around except the feeling of danger." This perception of the neighborhood is a critical piece of information for potential guests, as it directly impacts their comfort and safety outside the hotel premises. The mention of hearing "yelling, vehicle motors and sirens" indicates a high level of external noise, further contributing to an unsettled environment.
When considering the environment within the hotel itself, customer reviews paint a challenging picture. Descriptions of the rooms indicate issues with cleanliness, with a guest reporting "crayons all over it and pizza sauce like a toddler ate and rubbed it all over the walls," and a general feeling that the "room and bed didn’t feel clean." Furthermore, despite advertising as a smoke-free hotel, a pervasive tobacco smell was noted in a room, which directly contradicts promotional claims and affects the indoor air quality. These points are significant for travelers who prioritize a clean and comfortable indoor environment, which is a basic expectation for any hotel listed on "Hotels Near Of Me."
Regarding services, standard hotel offerings typically include a front desk, and possibly basic amenities. However, the nature of the services at Hotel 369 Brooklyn, as reported by guests, warrants close attention. A significant point of contention revolves around the hotel's policy regarding guests or visitors. Reviews strongly emphasize a "no visitation allowed" rule, which guests felt was not adequately communicated prior to booking or check-in. One guest recounts being told "no visitation allowed like if I'm not paying to stay and have a good time," expressing surprise and frustration at this policy, noting they had "never got told nobody can come see me not even for 1 hour" at other hotels. This rigid policy regarding visitors is a notable feature of Hotel 369 Brooklyn's service model and can significantly impact the experience of travelers who might wish to meet with local friends or family during their stay. The front desk interaction, where a guest asked if the establishment was a "homeless shelter because of how the rules applied," further underscores the perceived unwelcoming nature of this particular service aspect.
The features of the rooms at Hotel 369 Brooklyn also draw considerable negative feedback. The size of the bed relative to the room created a cramped feeling, with one guest stating the "bed was too big for the room so it was cramped." More concerning are the issues with bathroom amenities: "the water in the bathroom was unreliable and inconsistent. The temperature would change suddenly and so would the pressure of both the sink and the shower." Furthermore, "at random times the pipes would be loud," adding to the discomfort. These inconsistencies in fundamental bathroom services are significant drawbacks for any guest seeking a comfortable stay, particularly after a long day of travel. The small and limited space within the rooms was also a consistent complaint. The overall impression conveyed by guests is that the physical features of the rooms do not meet basic standards of comfort or functionality.
From a promotional standpoint, while specific advertisements are not provided, it can be inferred that any promotion for Hotel 369 Brooklyn would likely emphasize its location in Brooklyn and potentially its pricing. However, the guest feedback strongly indicates that the hotel is "not particularly affordable for all these flaws," suggesting that its price point may not align with the value perceived by guests. The discrepancy between a smoke-free advertisement and the actual experience also points to potential inaccuracies in promotional messaging. For users of "Hotels Near Of Me" who are often looking for value and reliability, these reported issues with cleanliness, room features, and restrictive policies significantly undermine any positive promotional efforts.
Ultimately, the objective introduction to Hotel 369 Brooklyn, based on the provided customer reviews, indicates that while it serves as a listed option on "Hotels Near Of Me" due to its physical location, potential guests should proceed with caution. The overwhelming sentiment from actual customers highlights significant deficiencies in environmental quality, both inside and outside the hotel, critical issues with room features such as water reliability and space, and highly restrictive and poorly communicated service policies, particularly regarding visitors. The repeated advice from guests to "just run and don't stay here" or to only recommend it "if the alternative is sleeping in the street" serve as strong cautionary notes. For anyone searching for hotels based on proximity, it becomes essential to look beyond just the address and delve into the detailed experiences of previous occupants to form a realistic expectation of what a stay at Hotel 369 Brooklyn entails.

Get directionsI’m gonna get down to brass tacks and just say this hotel was a really really bad stay The room and bed didn’t feel clean, the bed was too big for the room so it was cramped and the water in the bathroom was unreliable and inconsistent. The temperature would change suddenly and so would the pressure of both the sink and the shower. Also at random times the pipes would be loud. The neighbors were very loud too and I frequently heard what yelling, vehicle motors and sirens outside my window. The room also smelled like a tobacco smoking competition which didn’t personally bother me but does go against it’s advertisement of being a smoke free hotel The location was bad too, with it being in an area of Brooklyn with nothing around except the feeling of danger. It’s only saving grace of the location was that there is a subway entrance very close The worst thing I felt was that the hotel has a rule against brining guests but I feel they failed to emphasize that prior to arriving and checking in It’s also not particularly affordable for all these flaws Ultimately I’d only recommend this hotel if the alternative is sleeping in the street

Jan 19, 2025 · Zack CarrPayed 300 for a dirty room that smells like cigarettes. Lots of crack heads who stay in their tiny parking lot in the back. This place is a mess. The first day I payed 290 including a 50 dollar deposit. Today I payed 300 not including deposit!! Very confused on why rates went up over the night
