HOURLY RATES COME IN HANDY WHEN YOU NEED A QUICK 1.2.3😉; ROOMS ARE NOT THE BEST BUT THEY HAVE A BED AND A SHOWER. BETTER AFTER 2AM AS THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WILL SAY THEY HAVE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE. THE MORE $$ YOU COME OUT OF POCKET WITH, THE BETTER CHANCE YOU WILL BE SERVED.
For individuals utilizing the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform to find immediate accommodation options, HOTEL SUNBORN, located at 100 New Jersey Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207, USA, may appear in their search results. Guests can contact the hotel directly at (347) 627-4861 or via mobile at +1 347-627-4861. Understanding the objective realities of a stay at HOTEL SUNBORN is essential, particularly when relying on a platform that prioritizes proximity and immediate availability.
The "Hotels Near Of Me" category inherently highlights geographical convenience. HOTEL SUNBORN's address on New Jersey Avenue places it within an urban setting in Brooklyn. The environment of the immediate neighborhood, based on customer reviews, suggests a potentially complex and challenging area. One review explicitly advises against coming to this location due to its perceived issues, mentioning "No more scams, no more sketchy people." The mention of "migrant shelters" in the vicinity and their closure/reopening implies an area that has experienced significant social and demographic shifts, which can influence the immediate atmosphere. The general sentiment about the location from some guests is negative, with one reviewer calling the place a "dump." This indicates that the external environment, beyond the hotel's immediate facade, might contribute to a feeling of insecurity or unease for certain visitors. For users of "Hotels Near Of Me," the surrounding environment is a crucial factor that often goes hand-in-hand with the hotel experience itself.
In terms of services, HOTEL SUNBORN appears to operate with certain unique service models, as gleaned from customer reviews. The most prominent service feature mentioned is the availability of "HOURLY RATES," which "COME IN HANDY WHEN YOU NEED A QUICK 1.2.3." This suggests a business model that caters to short-term, perhaps very brief, stays rather than traditional overnight or extended hotel accommodations. The review also notes a peculiar interaction with the front desk: "BETTER AFTER 2AM AS THE FRONT DESK ATTENDANT WILL SAY THEY HAVE NO ROOMS AVAILABLE." This implies a discretionary approach to room availability, where access might be influenced by factors beyond simple vacancy. Furthermore, the comment "THE MORE $$ YOU COME OUT OF POCKET WITH, THE BETTER CHANCE YOU WILL BE SERVED" suggests that pricing and potential additional payments might influence service or room allocation, which is an unconventional and potentially concerning service practice for a hotel. Another review explicitly calls out "rude/racist staff" and being "scam out of more money," which are severe accusations related to customer service and billing practices. These points suggest that the standard expectations of professional and equitable service, common in typical hotels, may not consistently be met at HOTEL SUNBORN.
The features of the rooms at HOTEL SUNBORN are described with very basic expectations. One reviewer states that "ROOMS ARE NOT THE BEST BUT THEY HAVE A BED AND A SHOWER." This indicates that the fundamental amenities of a place to sleep and a facility for personal hygiene are present, but the quality or condition of these features might be rudimentary. The absence of more elaborate descriptions of room features (such as TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cleanliness standards beyond the very basic, or specific furnishings) from the reviews suggests that these aspects are either non-existent, unreliable, or of very low quality, to the point of not being worth mentioning positively. The general description of the place as a "dump" further reinforces the perception that room features and overall property condition are significantly below standard hotel expectations. For guests using "Hotels Near Of Me" who may be looking for even basic comfort, these descriptions of room features imply that expectations should be set very low, focusing purely on the absolute necessity of a bed and a shower, rather than any level of comfort or modern convenience.
Promotional information for HOTEL SUNBORN, while not directly provided, can be inferred from the customer reviews. The emphasis on "HOURLY RATES" would be a key promotional point for its specific target demographic – those needing very short-term accommodation. For users on "Hotels Near Of Me" looking for extremely flexible booking durations, this could be a distinguishing feature. However, the overwhelmingly negative sentiment from other reviews regarding the environment, service quality (e.g., "rude/racist staff," "scam"), and basic room conditions would severely undermine any positive promotional efforts. Any typical promotional claims about cleanliness, comfort, or guest satisfaction would directly conflict with the experiences shared by actual customers. The advice to "AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS" serves as an ultimate deterrent, regardless of any potential promotional messaging the hotel might attempt to convey. In the context of a "Hotels Near Of Me" platform, the primary draw might solely be its immediate availability for very short, specific needs, potentially at a very low price point, but this comes with significant reported trade-offs in terms of overall experience and ethical conduct. For an objective introduction, it is crucial to present these stark realities to manage user expectations effectively.

Mar 19, 2025 · KoJo StoRMNow that the Imperial and so many other migrant shelters are closing down and reopening, do yourself a favor and DON’T COME HERE ANYMORE! No more scams, no more sketchy people, no more rude/racist staff. Just go to the one a few blocks away. This was a dump and they loved to scam you out of more money.
