It was okay for a one night stay. I didn't know about the pool party every Saturday with overcrowding at the pool, lots of drinking, and loud DJ or I would have booked a different hotel. Their weekly events should be mentioned somewhere. Also didn't appreciate the "destination fee" that you can't opt out of. I don't drink and didn't want food or drinks from the hotel so it was a waste of $25. Taxed the room and destination fee to get every dime they can. Hotel itself is cute in the front lobby and pool, then you get inside which looks like a renovated apt complex. Rooms are okay, best part was the pillows. If you're not in your 20s, I wouldn't recommend, if you are, you'd probably love it.

  • Excellent Restaurant and Bar Options: The on-site restaurant, Selfmade, receives praise for good food and excellent service, and the speakeasy bar offers a unique experience.

This is a perfectly nice hotel, however it's really geared more toward the under-40 crowd, and people just visiting the pool for the day. The room, while not luxurious, has been thoughtfully decorated and has every amenity I could have wanted. My only suggestion would be to install more hooks and places to hang things. Even in the closet, a longer dress or a robe won't fit. I wish I'd brought a magnetic hook to put on the back of the door. As it was, I had to hang things off the floor lamp. Not ideal. The restaurant is very good, and the service was always excellent. The location of the property is very convenient to everything we wanted to do in Scottsdale. The main thing that would keep me from staying here in the future would be the way the hotel caters to the pool party crowd instead of the typical hotel guests. We basically couldn't be in our room on the weekend because of the DJ thump. So obnoxious. And in turn, this party atmosphere attracts a really young, really inconsiderate group of people. The guy in the room next to us was there Friday and Saturday night and kept slamming his door over and over and over again, to the point where we couldn't sleep. My husband finally had to go ask him to stop. Thursday night and Sunday night of our stay was fine, it was just the weekend crowd that was the problem. I also don't love that so much space around the pool is reserved for Resort Pass guests. Call me crazy, but I don't think I should have to pay over $100 to use a lounge chair when I'm already paying a resort fee. Yes, there are free loungers around the pool for hotel guests, but not nearly enough, and nothing with shade. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it's just not the vibe I'm looking for. I'm over forty, I like to sleep, and I like a silent pool.

Stayed here as part of a work trip, great location and vibe, only wish had a chance to make use of the party pool and chill out area. I can see how this place would be fun on evenings and weekend. Rooms are pretty standard, motel kind of vibe, not classic hotel. Lots of open area to work in the lobby reception area. Breakfast burrito 🌯 was 🔥

Nice location with easy access to old town bars and restaurants. Building itself is outdated. It’s actually an old motel that was converted. Prices may be good online but when you arrive you’ll be hit with hidden fees that will nearly double your original price. You can’t bring your own food onto the property or drinks to the pool.

This hotel had a great vibe and chill atmosphere. The speakeasy had great drinks, Michael the bartender, was quite attentive and knowledgeable on drinks and providing recommendations in the area. The one big issue was the open/half glass shower and the only reason I would hesitate staying here or recommending Hotel Adeline to family/friends. The shower floor flooded every time we took a shower, even after we tried to adjust the shower head so it was facing the opposite wall (which wasn’t ideal!). At one point in time, I was at the vanity drying my hair and noticed I was standing in water that came from the shower. We had to adjust shower timing based on this issue so I would use caution. Other than that, a nice stay.
