This is my first time at this hotel I stayed two nights and from the first moment I walked in. I was extremely impressed, especially for the price. They have a cute little snack area with different drinks, soups and chips and Dave, who is the manager is fantastic, wonderful demeanor, great personality very approachable. The rooms extremely clean I really enjoyed the details That there was a dresser, a nightstand with drawers you have your own little coffee maker, lots and lots of outlets a nice sized closet with an ironing board and an iron. They also provide you with mini shampoos and conditioners soap all by Dove. Clean towels water pressure was great. I look forward to coming back once the Indoor pool opens. I never write reviews, but this review is specifically for the manager, Dave. I had even witnessed an interaction with a guest, and he kept composure and tried to find a solution to the problem hospitality is such a hard job because no matter how nice you are sometimes it鈥檚 still not enough. I think Dave the manager went beyond customer service expectations. Looking forward to coming back Ps. I forgot to add the continental breakfast where they have different coffees, juice, different creamers, waffle maker, eggs, and sausage 馃憣

Apr 07, 2025 路 Mandie PI booked 3 nights and confirmed over the phone I would be traveling with 2 dogs. Once I arrived on site, the front desk tried to charge double what the website stated. The front desk said "The website is wrong"....maybe update your information. I was told if I canceled my room I would be charged for the full visit. After reading multiple other 1 star reviews it seems they have some management issues that have not been corrected. The room had dirty towels with stains all over, the beds are worn and sink down, the pillows are not comfortable at all. Overall, spend your money at any other hotel and you will be happy. I will be contacting Wyndham Corp to let them know about the ongoing issues. UPDATE: the hotels reply speaks volume. yes, I stayed in the dirty room so I didn't have to pay for another hotel being that you said I would be charged for the full stay. I will also be calling the health department and making a report about the moldy towels by the ice machine.
Apr 15, 2025 路 Luke GThis places deserves zero stars. It is the worst of the worst. My wife reserved and paid for a room on Priceline. The advertised rate was under $100 for one night. When we arrived, we were informed they wanted a deposit of $250 in cash or $150 charged to a card. We left the cash because we did not want to tie up funds on our cards or push it over the limit. They charged the card for $150 for the deposit as well, even though it was not authorized. When we complained, we were told the clerk couldn't do anything about it. The $150 was taken from our account and has not been returned. We contacted the bank, explained we did not authorize the charge and are still trying to get the money back. As far as the room, it was not worth the money.

The man at the front desk refused to assist me even though I had a confirmed reservation. He was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to let me speak. His breath was so foul it made it hard to even concentrate on what he was saying. He showed zero professionalism, offered no help, and made no effort to accommodate or resolve anything. The entire experience was disgusting, both in service and cleanliness. I鈥檝e truly never encountered such an appalling lack of basic hospitality.

We were given a room that had URINE on the floor of the bathroom and weird crumbs in the bed. We obviously asked the front desk to change rooms and the man working at the front desk told us there was nothing he could except put us in a new room for the same price. My friend STEPPED in the urine when walking in the bathroom. It was foul. We asked for a discount and were told no. The only response we got was that whoever was the housekeeper in that room would be 'getting in trouble.' There was no sense of responsibility for putting us in a room with pee on the floor. I've truly never experienced such a lack of hospitality and basic empathy as a hotel guest. 10/10 do NOT recommend.
