Don’t waste your time at the spa here. I called to make reservations for my mom‘s birthday for my mom, my sister and I for Facials and pedicures. A few hundred dollars or more so you expect the best. The first step in Professionalism. I asked the receptionist a question about what the services include, she was short, and Told me to pull up the website…her answered to me About a classic pedicure was, “ I can’t tell you anything about a pedicure, I don’t work in that department, and I don’t get pedicures, I don’t like people touching my feet…so I don’t know what pedicures include.…” First of all when you work at a so-called high-end spa and your greeting Customers and making appointments you should never respond with Negativity about what the spa services include. Also, her tone and attitude were everything but Professional. Well, they lost that reservation. She was quick to ask for my credit card to hold the reservations and send me a confirmation text, but when I called back within minutes to cancel, I had to call back four times and speak to a manager to receive a cancellation text. Hours later, and Still have yet to receive one. I’m so Glad I didn’t waste my time at this place, my mother special day is worth so much more. And, we booked at a much better 5 star spa for my mother’s 80th birthday.

This place is great. The spa services were a bit expensive but totally worth it. Hannah at the nail salon was so amazing and sweet. Nancy did my hair treatment and made the schedule possible for me. Totally appreciate it and Shanda receptionist at the spa was amazing and so helpful. Thank you guys for it. Totally recommend spa services. Rooms were okay, but the resort and its amenities are amazing. Great location.

My experience with Ocean Place Resort & Spa, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, right by the ocean, offering beautiful views and easy beach access. The ambiance of the resort is inviting, and the amenities, including the spa, were well-maintained and relaxing. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, though they could use some updates in terms of decor and modern conveniences. The service was generally good, but there were moments when it felt a bit slow, especially during peak hours at the restaurant and check-in. The food was decent, with a variety of options, but I expected slightly better quality given the pricing. The bar and lounge area had a great atmosphere, making it a nice spot to unwind in the evenings. Overall, Ocean Place Resort & Spa is a solid choice for a beachfront getaway. I am disabled with a pain disease and am also the primary caregiver for my Parkinson's husband. For Mother's Day, my wonderful son stayed with his Dad and sent me to the Ocean Resort for a spa and overnight. As usual, there were last minute emergencies and I arrived for my spa appointments dreadfully late, stressed and in tears. The staff assured me they would take care of me and, as I sat on the lounger in my robe with a cucumber water overlooking the ocean, I believed them. I was treated like a queen. I had forgotten what it was like to truly relax.When I checked into my comfy room, I knew I had a good night's sleep ahead. I had a lovely dinner at the bar and Loreen(?) made me feel like an old friend. I will be back when I need to recharge my batteries!

Stayed here a year ago, was a very nice quality resort. The location is nice, as the hotel is oceanfront and has unobstructed ocean views. However, the hotel must be either under new ownership or have poor management as the place has gone downhill. To start, the AC "was broken" in the warm and humid workout room, but there was no offering for a guest pass at a local gym to make up for this. Cable TV was down for our entire stay, there were only 3 channels. Had to call down several times after 2pm in the afternoon to get room service. On the day of checkout, we requested a few items to be stored in the fridge as we planned to stay until the afternoon and checkout is at 11AM, but that was a problem as well. The supervisor refused to store the items as the chef of the hotel refused!? I have stayed at numerous hotels and was able to store food in a hotel restaurant or other common fridge. This place is a joke, absolutely not 4 star quality or service! Stay away, there are better quality places to stay!
