We booked this hotel since Delta let us down after a delay caused us to miss our connection flight - but that’s a different story. We arrived around midnight. The front desk staff was great but after entering our room, we realized nothing was set up. The bathroom had no toilet paper, no towels, no soap, no nothing. I went back to the front desk and she gave me all needed items. We had only around 3 hours to sleep before we had to get up again for our flight, so we just wanted to sleep. Now we realized, that the second bed was not having any blankets, or bed sheets - it was unfinished. Anyway, we just used one of the beds. Once we needed to get ready, we saw that there was no shower curtain either. But - no time to figure that out, so we got ready without it. When checking out, seeing the renovation signage at the entrance, I realized that maybe this room was being remodeled and completely taken apart for renovation anf maybe it was not supposed to be assigned. Sad we ended up in it, but might have been a mistake - but one we will remember. Just to make this clear: the front desk staff was very nice and tried their best. We arrived a few hours early so the front desk person said we'd have to pay an extra $30 for an early check-in and cleaning fee. Upon checking in I noticed there wasn't toilet paper in the bathroom so I asked the housekeeper for a roll and he looked at me very sternly and rolled his eyes. He came back with the roll and handed it to me abruptly. I said thank you and he said absolutely nothing. We also noticed the curtains and bed sheets had stains and the bed didn't have enough linen. Under the bed was trash & a ball that was previously left by another pet owner. We were so scared to sleep on the linen that we went to Walmart and purchased our own. There were hair strands on the sink, floor, and toilet (ugly stain in the toilet as well). Food was left in the refrigerator by the previous guest. The exit door had a broken lock and rocks were being placed at the bottom of the door to keep it open making us feel insecure about our safety. The door kept slamming all hours of the night making sleeping difficult. Homeless people were sleeping in the parking lot and near the elevator on the floor. The breakfast that was being served wasn't editable. Last but not least there were abandoned cars on the lot as well. We should've asked for a refund but just kept our pets there and stayed at my cousin's house most of the time. This was the worst hotel stay we've ever experienced.

Hello, I recently rented a room for Thanksgiving at this facility. If I could give it zero stars for cleanliness I would. I had a double bed and the beds were nasty. One of the beds had pubic hair in it, and the sheets had not been changed (I have pictures of it).however, the gentleman and the lady that worked that shift the night I checked in which was Wednesday night were extremely nice and helpful. However, I did not stay in the room I did not feel comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, the bed clearly was dirty. The floors had not been swept or moped it was not a comfortable setting at all until the point where I could not stay there. However, I let my brother and his family stayed there the one night. I got a refund for my second night and ask for sheets for my brother and his kids to change on the bed there was no housekeeper. Please do not book the room based on the reviews of the picture because that was my mistake. Booking the room based on the images and it was nothing like the images. lastly, the elevator only works going up not down and I was on the fourth floor with a partial knee replacement and 2 dogs.

The room reeked of chlorine however the pool wasn’t open. The room was not clean including the bathroom. There was also no furniture in the room besides the beds and desk. Free breakfast was lackluster and felt like they put out as little as they could. Looking at pictures of this hotel, I can’t even believe it is the same. There’s very little likeness.

Advertised 3rd party book now pay later not accepted here. Bed was dirty. Room smelled dirty. We stayed for one hour on friday. Was not checked out of the system until sunday. La quinta was my go to place since I like to travel with my pets. Luckily there was availability at the Hamptons and they accepted pets. Don't go here unless there's no other option. Never spoke or saw the manager. The manager speaks through the staff, this makes me feel sorry for the staff. Update: If this helps anyone dont use the book now pay later option for this hotel. The pictures are screen shots of the emails from the 3rd party of the book now pay later option. But its honestly a headache. Book at your own risk.
