Bedbugs, roaches, disgusting rooms, poor management. We booked a room at this hotel for a two night stay for Warped Tour and it was a huge mistake that cost us $180. As we pulled up to the hotel, we had another family warn us before we even stepped foot in the lobby. They checked into a room that was infested with bugs and extremely dirty. Tea bag colored pillows, dirty sheets/blankets, hair all over surfaces in the room. This family has also booked a stay, and left within an hour of being there. We tried to get refunded our money, but was charged $180…the total cost of our stay was $240. So we basically lost almost all of the money we paid to book the hotel for two nights without even stepping foot in our room. Management at this location should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. Usually when you own a business, you have a little bit of pride in the service you provide. It’s obvious this place only has a few goals in mind, to herd you in/out the door like cattle, spend as little money as possible on upkeep and disregard the customer experience completely. AVOID THIS HOTEL. Do not be fooled by the cheap cost of booking. You WILL pay the price tenfold when you bring home bedbugs and have to pay for professional remediation to get rid of them.

The man at the front desk was nice and helped us the best he could...he gave us a different room when the ceiling started leaking water all over the TV and outlets. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your money here. We lost almost $800 dealing with this place. Did I mention the BUGS!!! They were everywhere. I don't understand how they stay in business.

I’ve always enjoyed the breakfast, cleanliness, staff I was always overall happy. I had to have my room changed due to the first one looking like it was under construction the second one toilet was stopped up and took two hours for someone to come, only after I went to complain that no one has come. Everything from the walls to the floors were dirty and every floor smells absolutely horrible. I was here about a year ago same elevator wasn’t working from over a year ago. I told the manger it looks and smells like a very low budget hotel where people go for hourly rates. It’s actually disrespectful to ask people to pay to stay at an establishment in these conditions. I since learned it’s under new management and they couldn’t care less about the service they’re giving. Don’t do it.

Room was so dirty. Carpet was filthy and smelled. Bed headboard had something on it that was sticky. 🤢. Tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Husband tried to was his hair in the sink to avoid the shore but the complimentary shampoo was empty so it was obviously left over from another guest. Something was splashed on the wall near the TV. Do not stay here!!!

The carpet looks like it’s been through a war. I had to lift the back of the toilet in order to flush, shower didn’t turn on at all. Not that I would have used it. Dirt and food on the floors. Stains everywhere. And it smelled like smoke. Motel next door may have been better! Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here
