Me and my spouse rented the romantic cottage for a much needed get-a-way from the city. Everything here was just perfect!! The cottage was literally right next to the cliff overlooking the lake. You can literally watch the waves from the bed through the window. They're located in the middle of wine country, our favorite is Arundel Cellars & Brewing Co and it's only about a 5 minute drive down the road. The host Brian also suggested The Skunk and Goat tavern in town for food, turned out to be an excellent suggestion and also very close by. Everything was very clean inside the cottage and on the grounds of the property in general. There is also a steep but very sturdy set of stairs/trail that leads down to the bottom of the cliff so you can be closer to the water. I will definitely be booking vacations here from now on, and suggesting this place to all my coworkers!

Apr 18, 2025 · EliWe've been here two years in a row for our anniversary (In November). Always clean and quiet. Great view of the lake. Cabins are equipped well enough to make decent breakfast there. We always ate dinner out. Brian was great at recommending local places. Will be back again for sure!
Nov 10, 2024 · Nicole MeliI can't say enough good things about this spot. I had just lost my mom and had to get away. By accident, we found Lakeview on the Lake. The first 2 nights we stayed in the last motel room closest to the water. The next 2 nights we decided to move to the romantic cabin on the other side, right next to the water. Both were comfortable, clean and spacious. The owners were wonderful and happy to answer any questions and help anyway they could. The views were spectacular. They are close to whatever else you may want to do if it's more than just taking everything in and relaxing. We did not bring bathing suits ( wish wr had) but the pool was well taken care of. The views..are spectacular and made a great ending to the day. I did not want to leave. We are definitely going back
Sep 13, 2024 · Janeen GalatiHidden Gem! We love visiting when in the area! Such a hidden gem with the nicest owners and great property. We prefer the mini cottages and also have stayed in the motel rooms. Both are fantastic, just depends on what you are looking for during your stay! We like the front porch if the cottages…a great spot to chill and take in the fresh air and surroundings! Also, make your way to the lake view and enjoy the sunset every evening! We’ve been visiting for the last few years and have now made it an annual trip! You won’t be disappointed:)
Sep 05, 2024 · Sarah MartinSister and I spent a few days at this wonderful little gem. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cute, clean and bedding was fantastic. Grounds and pool were very well maintained and the views awesome. Before we left we booked in for 5 days next August.
