Overall it was nice. The only issue I had is when we checked in the guy at the front desk had told us and another larger family that it would be approximately an hour before the pool was open and he had to add more chemicals to balance it out and he had been working on it since 7am. The pool was NEVER OPENED!! Considering this was the whole reason we booked this hotel was because the pool to entertain our child. Why would you do "routine maintenance" on a pool on a weekend! I believe he just didn't want to do his job to open the pool. There was several other people who checked in after us he told the same thing to. If your going to have and advertise an indoor pool make sure it is available for your guests. Especially on a weekend for families who are coming for a weekend getaway!

As an objective introduction, it's necessary to address all aspects of guest feedback. While many reviews praise the "super nice and helpful" staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, the specific issue regarding the indoor pool's unexpected closure on a weekend is a notable point of concern. This incident, as described by a frustrated guest, suggests a potential inconsistency in service or communication regarding amenities. It raises questions about maintenance scheduling and transparent communication with guests who rely on advertised facilities. While another guest reported the pool as "nice and clean and warm," this contrasting experience underscores the variability that can occur. However, the consistent positive feedback on staff friendliness and room cleanliness provides a balanced view, indicating that when facilities are available as advertised, the guest experience is largely positive.

May 17, 2025 · Teenie HoovenThe staff were super nice and helpful. We got a suite and it was very nice and spacious. The room was very clean as well as the bathroom. The pool was nice and clean and warm. If I had to complain about one thing it would be the breakfast, I just wish there were more options other than just waffles and cereal, it’s not a huge deal but that’s just my personal opinion. Overall tho the stay was great and I would definitely stay here again.
Jan 29, 2025 · JeremyIf you are looking for a stop over for a rest, clean hotel, near an interstate, mostly quiet and at a good price and don't need a big breakfast this is your place. The rooms were clean and seemed updated. The breakfast options even for a budget value hotel were limited. Everyone knows that hotel breakfasts are not great, but hard boiled egg and no bacon/sausage or potato is limited nowadays. Since your breakfast is limited, there is a Sheetz close by and Tom and Joes in town is excellent breakfast alternative. I found the rooms to be quiet and my room was facing the back of the hotel. A buddy had a room at the front and found that there were racing motorcycles all night. It is convenient to get to the hotel because its near an interstate 99 exit. Getting back on to a main road is slightly odd due to the one way street in front of the hotel. It is not the most scenic place as your view out the front is of a UHAUL store and the view out the back is a residential neighborhood. The rooms had a mini fridge, nice tv, hair dryer. DirectTV is the provider. Paint could dry faster than the elevator getting to your floor to get on. I didn't need one but in case you do there are no EV chargers that I saw on the premises but I did see many in the local area. There were a number of dogs visiting and they must put those guests on the first floor so they were mostly out of sight out of mind. Service was very good but potentially hit or miss. The morning check in clerk was great as was the evening one. The afternoon staff member suggested an early check in was $25 when a buddy of mine got a free early check in an hour earlier than my request. The pool was under routine maintenance on Friday. I was in the lobby when a family with two children whom were really looking to hop in the pool after a long travel and were bummed when they couldn't get in. The hotel should schedule routine maintenance early in the week since most people wanting the pool would be nearer the weekends.
May 18, 2025 · Brandon CernickyRooms were clean and the staff was excellent. A specific nod to the Asst GM Nate! Nate was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Highly recommend for a convenient and pleasurable stay.
May 04, 2025 · Dale AbramsThe rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We had an issue with our key but it ended up being us pushing down on the handle instead of up. After we made that adjustment, we didn’t have a problem with it. Our tv needed to be reset and the desk staff came right away (even though it was 11:30 pm) to fix it for us. Very responsive staff. Would def stay here again.
