What an awesome place to stay. Super clean and roomy. Nice to be able to do laundry in your room. It’s very modern and only a 10 minute walk to the strip but quiet and peaceful. The A/C works great and the staff is very flexible. Sebastian works the days and is extremely nice and the young lady at night is super awesome and has great recommendations for restaurants. She recommended two places that were amazing. We went to The Nashville Jam Cafe and also Arnold’s and my God….. the food at both places was amazing and has great Southern Hospitality. We have recommended several friends already to the Mint House and believe me….. the hotels are expensive and cramped! The mint house was roomy and affordable. We know where to stay the next time we’re in town! The last picture is the Nashville Jam Company……
For us Tennesseans, visiting Nashville – whether for a concert, a business trip, or a family getaway – often means looking for accommodations that offer more than just a typical hotel room. We appreciate space, convenience, and a touch of home comfort, especially when staying for more than just a night or two. Today, we're excited to introduce you to a unique and highly-rated option that perfectly fits this need: Mint House at The Reserve – Nashville.
Mint House at The Reserve isn't a traditional hotel; it’s an innovative apartment-style hotel concept that redefines what a stay in Music City can be. Housed in a beautifully renovated former Federal Reserve building, this property uniquely blends historical charm – think steel vault doors and soaring ceilings – with modern, tech-enabled amenities. It’s designed to provide guests with ample space, offering studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites that are up to three times larger than conventional hotel rooms, complete with full kitchens and in-unit laundry.
What truly sets Mint House apart, as echoed by numerous delighted guests, is its commitment to providing a "super clean and roomy" environment, coupled with exceptionally "nice" and "super awesome" staff, like Sebastian and the young lady working nights. Guests consistently praise the "spacious and comfortable" rooms, the "top-notch" beds and showers, and the sheer convenience of having a "dishwasher and washer/dryer unit for laundry (It was FREE!!)." It’s a concept that truly "thought of everything you could potentially need," making it a highly recommended choice for both short visits and extended stays in our vibrant capital.

You're just a "10-minute walk to the strip" (Broadway), putting you within easy reach of Nashville's legendary honky-tonks, live music venues, and vibrant nightlife. For us Tennesseans, a trip into downtown Nashville, whether it’s for a weekend of fun, a family visit, or even a local "staycation," often calls for accommodations that feel comfortable, convenient, and offer more than just a standard room. Mint House at The Reserve – Nashville truly hits the mark, making it an excellent choice for locals looking to experience Music City with all the comforts of home.
One of the most appealing aspects for locals is the sheer space and functionality of these apartment-style units. We know that hotel rooms can often feel cramped, especially for families or if you're staying for more than a night. The "super clean and roomy" studios and multi-bedroom suites, complete with "full kitchens" and "FREE washer/dryer units," are a game-changer. This means we can prepare our own meals, save on dining out, and handle laundry right in our room, adding a layer of convenience and affordability that’s hard to find in a traditional downtown hotel. For a local family trip or a group of friends, this makes a significant difference in comfort and budget management.
Furthermore, the location strikes a perfect balance. It’s "only a 10-minute walk to the strip," putting us within easy reach of Broadway's vibrant energy and major venues like Bridgestone Arena, yet it’s set back enough to be "quiet and peaceful." This allows us to enjoy the lively downtown scene and then retreat to a calm, comfortable space. While the parking comes with a fee, the fact that it's a "gated parking lot, with lots of space" and you "never had to worry about not finding a spot" offers peace of mind that locals truly appreciate in a busy urban environment.
The exceptional staff, as noted by numerous reviews, adds a personal touch, offering "great recommendations for restaurants" that truly capture "Southern Hospitality." This insider knowledge helps us discover local favorites like The Nashville Jam Cafe and Arnold’s, enhancing our experience of our own city. In a downtown filled with options, Mint House at The Reserve offers a unique blend of modern convenience, spacious comfort, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere that makes it an ideal choice for any Tennessean seeking a memorable stay in Nashville.

Jun 17, 2025 · jkuntz99The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff members were absolutely wonderful. I felt safe and accommodated the entire time. It was conveniently located downtown, and everything was a short walk away. I will say the only issue I had was that the parking was a little high ($40/day), BUT it was a gated parking lot, with lots of space. I never had to worry about not finding a spot no matter the time, and again, I felt safe. The entire place smelled like a spa. The beds and shower were top-notch. My room had a dishwasher and washer/dryer unit for laundry (It was FREE!!) How amazing! They really did think of everything you could potentially need. I would love to stay here again. Highly recommended!
May 15, 2025 · JessicaI'm so giddy about the location and GRASS LAWN for our medical alert service dog ...complete with dog bags! It's super nice and quiet and the parking lot is very secure! Sebastian is at the lobby and he couldn't be nicer! We're staying here again in just a few weeks and I can't wait! We've stayed at Mint House in Colorado just a few years ago for a Red Rocks concert and it was amazing too! Keep doing what you're doing!!!! These properties are wonderful ❤️ reception personnel: Sebastian, Lala, & Jeremy are so nice! Mae assisted us via phone for a few hiccups.
Jun 09, 2025 · Marsha FewellThe room was lovely! It was big and really nice having the apartment set up within unit laundry! The location for us was great but if you are trying to be near broadway it’s a bit of a walk, the hotel staff were welcoming and helpful! We arrived early on check in and they stored our bags for us until the room was ready, only downside was the room was ready later than expected by hour or so, that vault door in the hotel was a cool touch and paid homage to its history! A great feature was there noise machine next to the bed! Life changing bought the same one for my house! Would definitely stay there again!
Mar 20, 2025 · Scott HoutsmaAbout 10-15 min walk to broadway. Enjoy the calmness of a quiet night away from the bustling Broadway, yet still be just a short walk away from the excitement. It’s only a 10-15 minute stroll to the farmers market, heading in the opposite direction of Broadway. The rooms offer an apartment-style feel with high ceilings and a kitchen, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly accommodating and always ready to go the extra mile for you. Parking is available next to the building for $40 per day, as street parking is scarce within walking distance. This is a fantastic place to truly experience Nashville.
