This is a Motel. Not a Hotel. Building itself is tired and unkept. Not the standard that was expected. Very disappointed considering the money we spent. The walkways and elevator were very dirty. The front lobby was a 1 star at best...felt like a cheap motel. No safe in the room. When I asked for a safe the front desk attendant came out with a safe that was 8" squared...like what the? What are you going to do with that? SMH. Location was good...the main reason for choosing. The room was ok but next to a busy street. I would NEVER recommend this place. Worst hotel stay we have had.

Mar 20, 2025 · Navier McleanMotel is a little worn out and a lot of construction very nearby. It's all about the location, very convenient to downtown and Nissan stadium- within walking distance. Stayed there for ACDC concert which got postponed and had to stay an extra night. Front desk, valet and bar folks all super nice and friendly. Disappointed that no room service was provided and one of the ladies working the breakfast area was somewhat of a "B", Outside of that, it worked for us. Thought it was a little overpriced but I guess that's downtown Nashville.
May 22, 2025 · Jeff SmithFront desk and Valet staff were nice at check-in, but once we came back in the room to sleep, we saw a GIANT roach, so naturally we called the front desk about it, and I was told “That just happens in Nashville” I was offered a room change, but wasn’t guaranteed that our problem would improve even if we switched rooms. Front Desk guy was kind of rude about it. Would NOT stay here again. Also, other reviews were right, this is a MOTEL.
Jun 05, 2025 · Erica HickmanAvoid this place. First off, it’s not a Hotel, it’s a Motel. The rooms all open to an open air walkway around the building. It’s backed up to a noisy highway, the walls are paper thin, the beds are only moderately comfortable, the whole place is dingy and feels dirty, and I’m not confident leaving and luggage on the ground for fear of bugs coming out after I leave. The hotel refused to let me check out and move to a different location without paying for the full reservation, so I hope I can save someone the misfortune of doing business with this place. It’s close enough to broadway, but not worth the quality of the stay for the price.
