This is a condo badly in need of repairs. Cleanliness was not good, but we managed. Also, the stairs leading to the second floor bedrooms are extremely steep. About killed me and my husband. However, its redeeming quality was location. Away from the main drag but right in the middle of everything. Also, the pool area was nice but hard to get to due to a lot of steps, but it is heated and open 24/7. Has a hot tub as well.

Nov 11, 2024 · LA LemleyGreat experience, easy check-in, comfortable rooms, quiet area with some decent views, kinda off the beaten path from the busy strip which makes it all the better
Apr 11, 2025 · Joseph BurgessThe people that work there were very kind and friendly. The room itself was not pleasant at all. They have upgraded this particular room. The furniture is so uncomfortable to sit on. Everyone we had there said same thing. When you are upstairs everyone knows you're walking around because the floors are so squeaky. We could hear the people next door when they walked too. That's how loud it is. Kitchen is big but doesn't come with many supplies to cook with. We were there for Christmas and trying to cook dinner was hard. Toaster was like from the dollar store lol. Would not stay there again.
Dec 31, 2024 · TimThe room was not fancy but it was neat and clean. The stairs to the bedrooms on the second floor were steep so keep that in mind when deciding. This resort was a good base of operations, close to a lot of attractions but away from traffic but it didn't have a whole lot of activities onsite. A word of advice, don't come there in October if you don't like traffic. Everyone in the world comes there to see the fall colors in the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.
Oct 26, 2023 · Mike ZentichkoThe location of this resort is excellent. It is away from the hustle and bustle but centrally located to where vacationers can easily access everything. The Front Desk services were not top tier and it almost felt like she did not want to attend to my needs as a paying guest. The rooms, though there is plenty of space for people (approximately 6-8) to sleep comfortably, the room that was provided to me and party was said to have been cleaned. However, there were cob webs and at least two spiders that had to be killed. The showers in both bathrooms had mold and mildew in them, which we purchased supplies to reclean, and the hot water for the first day and a half was not working. The Front Desk did notify maintenance of this and he fixed it right away. The appearance of the rooms gives vintage meets modern. The furniture is modern and updated but the carpet could use a refresh as it appears rundown and flat with minor stains. I would recommend this place for its location but I would advise against due to the rudeness of the staff that you would have to deal with and the appearance of the room for the money that you would have to pay.
