The hotel is right by a lot of really good attractions. The only few problems I had pillows a little too soft, the guest were very loud at night and very early in the morning. And biggest problem I had. I had a bad accident years ago. And my feet swell if I walk too much. So I was going to have dinner with my husband and my shoes didn't make my outfit and the younger girl behind the desk laughed at me. Diabolical it's sad and pathetic. So we will not be returning to this hotel ever again

Quick weekend get away, with little rest. When we arrived, there were no parking spaces available. Due to the hotel being built on top of large round pillars, most drivers were afraid to get close to them and took up multiple spots. There was a travel trailer parked across multiple spaces. We had to park in a neighboring business lot that was not monitored. The hotel only had a single elevator that was painfully slow. Inside the room, the floors were disgustingly dirty and sticky. The king suite was spacious, but the bathroom was so small it would cause an anxiety attack if the door was closed. The walls were very thin as we heard our neighbors all night long as if we were in the same room together. There was no privacy in our room at all unless we whispered. The entry door had such a large gap all the way around it that allowed the hall lights to illuminate our entire suite. The smoke detector, motion sensors, and several other electronic items in the room also kept the room in a twilight state throughout the night. There were no true blankets in the room. The bed only had the sheet, blanket just as thin as the sheet, and the overlay that was essentially also a sheet. This made for a miserable weekend as we were unable to rest. We would NOT recommend this hotel if you are looking for a clean warm room to sleep.

Location is nice cause it’s right in the middle of the main strip in PF. The parking lot can be hard to get in and out of due to sharp turns right on a hill. Parking at the covered area can be hard for some, due to the buildings pillars sitting in the middle of spots. Overall, we had a clean room. Someone in the reviews said they had an issue with things disappearing, we just left the Do Not Disturb sign out all trip and never had an issue. The walls of the place are very thin, you can hear your neighbor in the shower, talking, etc. You have a better chance of taking the stairs because it would still be faster than getting the elevator they have here. Breakfast is a pretty standard hotel breakfast (biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal) and they had coffee available all day. Lastly, you will have problems with the outlets in your room. Overall though it’s a pretty standard hotel stay especially for the price.

I've never stayed in a hotel with such horrificly thin walls. There is zero insulation between rooms, just drywall. You can hear absolutely everything from the adjoining rooms. I wasn't able to sleep because the next room was watching TV all night. The gaps under the doors are about an inch tall and you can see and hear everything in the hallway and the room next door where there is a shared door. Overall, it was decently clean but the comforters are just a thin sheet and the pillows are tiny. The staff was pleasant enough, but I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay again.

Pros: cheap, good location, rooms seem to be clean Cons: (1) Woke up at 8:30 and took a shower. The water immediately went from lukewarm to cold. Afterwards, I went to look at the breakfast. (The free breakfast is just “ehh”) I told someone at the front desk that the water was cold on the 2nd floor and her response was “You should’ve called us.”—from the shower? I was already in the shower. You want me to get out, dry off, go to the phone and call someone? Apparently something needed to be done”reset” according to her. I just expect my water to be hot at a hotel. (2) Walls are paper thin. You hear the water turn on on the next room. You hear the window shades being raised. You hear the toilet flush. (3) An overwhelming smell of whatever they clean with in the common areas. It’s very powerful, floral, and will smack you in the face. It’s not pleasant. (4) the covers on the bed do not keep you warm. They are thin like the walls. (5) Bathrooms are tiny. It worked for a quick, cheap trip to Pigeon Forge. But, I would probably not choose to stay here again.
