This hotel was amazing! From the staff being so nice and accommodating, to the pool and hot tub and everything in between. The breakfast was really good, it was buffet style and the biscuits and gravy were great! The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The pool area was open 24/7 which I thought was really cool. The kids enjoyed the free popcorn and movie night. This isn’t a complaint but just be careful of the elevator closing super fast 🤪 overall really enjoyed this stay and am actually about to book for another night in the next few weeks!

Jun 10, 2025 · Peyton BaileyWe stayed 6 days and 5 nights. Check-in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The online pictures did not lie. Even though the hotel will soon go through the remodeling phase, it did not erupt our stay one bit. The kids were in the pool twice a day, there was evening movie nights with popcorn. The jacuzzi was available every time we needed to unwind, and beautiful fireplace lit. With so much to do in the surrounding area, we took the trolley that was stationed right in front of the hotel, or we would walk. The staff showed so much hospitality that we want to come back next year. Let's not forget about the hot breakfast and fresh coffee every morning. The rooms are spacious and clean. What caught my eye was the bible opened to Palsms 119 and a travelers prayer. This is a must stay hotel. You will definitely feel safe and welcome.
Jun 04, 2025 · Joanna & Brainarr HortonGreat breakfast buffet but could offer more options for individuals who do not eat beef or pork. The rooms are spacious and very clean as well as stocked with supplies. Complimentary coffee and tea and water 24/7. The pool and hot tub were also 24/7 availability, which is nice and it is indoors but with a big patio door that opens up. They play movies at night with free popcorn at 6! That was awesome for the kiddos. The workers were helpful when needed. The location is convenient to stores for walking . There is a Cheddars and Dunkin directly in front of the hotel.
Jun 07, 2025 · Jessica HVery nice overall hotel was a little-outdated improvements are currently being done. Breakfast is very delicious and hot Judy at the breakfast station is the friendliest face you will ever meet. Nice pool with hot tub and fireplace and a nightly movie with popcorn really enjoyed this part. Awesome location with lots of stuff in walking distance. We will be back!
Jun 06, 2025 · Brandon BrooksLobby is beautiful. Everything else was HORRIBLE! The room was TINY. was supposed to be 2 queen beds but, they had to be fulls! At first glance the room was ok. Was excited about the hardwood floors and not rug. My kids slept on top of the covers for 2 nights because they brought their own blankets. On the third day (checkout day) my daughter was looking for something in the bed, moved the covers back and it was a roach squished in the bed. Went to go pack the suitcase that was on the floor by our bed and there was another roach. My daughter took 2 pictures. Then, there was water stains on the ceiling and the shower had the glass enclosure. I'm not sure why it even had a door because water dripped quickly out of the shower. The beds had to be the most uncomfortable things. My 10 year old actually decided to sleep on the floor and said it was more comfortable (before she saw the roach) the ONLY positive thing was the maids. They were timely and very nice.
