Budget friendly stay with hot breakfast. Room was a bit stinky initially, but once we moved in and showered, it was good. Beds were clean and comfortable. Chair looked a bit old. Carpets were older too. Dispute the few negatives, we will be staying again. Location is great.

May 27, 2025 · Boerman FamilyThis is dingy on the outside but the rooms are updated nicely inside. The staff were all nice and friendly. I called when I got to my room because I needed the WiFi password and the room phone wouldn’t work so the clerk called my cellphone to check on me, which I thought was nice. The bed was comfortable and the updated finishes were great. Shower was also nice with good, hot water and plenty of pressure. It smelled a bit musty but not enough to totally gross me out. The location of this hotel is great for the price and what you get. JT Hannah’s is right next store for dinner and drinks at night and Stoney’s is on the other side for breakfast. You can see the famous mountain peaks over the top of the restaurant from the room we were in. The only issue we had was the housekeepers waking us up at 830 and 930 to see if we were still there. Some do not disturb signs would be helpful for this. Let the party animals sleep in :)
Jun 08, 2025 · Rebecca McCoinDO NOT GO HERE! They will be dishonest about everything, even the pictures on the website are not from this hotel for the rooms. We were supposed to have a king size bed and wheelchair accessible room. I don't think they have any, and the doors into the bathroom are not legal size. I would never stay here again and would tell everyone to avoid this place like covid!
Apr 24, 2025 · Chuck VrasichNo hot water in shower. Old drinks left in fridge. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Front desk service great. 3 instead of 4 die to hot water and fridge issue.
Jun 10, 2025 · Rachel CollierCheck your room for a hole and I will tell you where. This was a nightmare scenario. I stayed 5 days and on the last day I found a 3-inch hole that went into a maintenance hallway. The hallway was lit up. I have two nine year old girls and I felt like their privacy was compromised and reached out to booking.com and the hotel. They wanted to give me a 30% discount even though 100% of my kids privacy was compromised. So I'm letting everyone know when you walk into the door of your room you will see a sink right in front of you up against a wall which is actually a maintenance hallway. Look down into the left and you will see cabinets that hold your towels. Up against that wall you will see a hole that goes into this hallway that's lit up. I'm going to the news next. UPDATE- all this time I was dealing with A.I. emails back and forth. I truly thought customer service was trying to help me out. Once I got to the manager, it was even worse. He would not even consider my request for refund. And when I asked him if that was artificial intelligence I was working with he said yes. Fixer customer service, fix your hole in the walls that I still do not believe you didn't know about because of the location and they were in every room.
