Me and my family are very laid back have low standards and are easy to make happy we have this hotel book for two other dates and I'm going to cancel them sorry about the wording this already took a lot of time and I'm trying to do other things but wanted to tell everyone I've never stayed in a place this bad before. You can find lower prices with better stays so do not waste your money here. We go to the mountains often. When we walked into the room it smelled badly. There was no tissues in the box it was empty no toilet paper on the roll there was coffee on a large area of the wall. Water damage on the ceiling tiles. The toilet was already clogged. We got moved rooms and that toilet was rocking side to side it was hot and smelled even worse. The air conditioner filter was filthy. There was old coffee in the machine hair on the counter the beds were very broke in. We heard every noise in the hotel. There was bare wire in the hall dirty carpet mold a bad smell the pool area had standing water on the side walk everywhere the steps of the pool had holes that hurt your feet. One room has a TV guide the other didn't. The room we got moved to has a broken fold out center. And the door to the porch had a gap where any but or animal could come in We have this hotel booked for two more dates. I think we're going to cancel them.

Jun 02, 2025 · Farrah WilhiteThe location was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are currently working on upgrading the interior of the hotel. So it wasn't the nicest looking. The rooms were large and very accommodating we had one king bed and two queens. Nice setup with the 7 of us. Loved the balcony. Will definitely be our go to hotel in Pigeon Forge from now on with both the indoor pool and outdoor pool. And the price was amazing.
May 01, 2025 · Chris Sweckerclean spacious hotel rooms However no lounge chairs at outdoor pool and indoor pools are not wheelchair accessible. Hot tub jets don't work both areas weren't cleaned while we were there They only have 1 ice machine and one of 2 elevators was broken Clerk said they were remodeling, the reviews shows since 2023 but I saw no workers I was there 4 week days. No bugs, and no one bothered us. AC was ok and needs to be cleaned.
Jun 15, 2025 · Kathy WalkerWe truly enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location was amazing and the staff were all so friendly and polite. The pool was really nice and had great hours. The breakfast was wonderful as well. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!!!! Thank you my grandkids really enjoyed the stay as well!!!
Apr 29, 2025 · Joanny SteierMy father-in-law kindly booked this hotel for us as a last-minute stay, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, check-in took over 30 minutes because the front desk employee couldn’t get the system to work properly. After finally getting our room, we discovered that our keys didn’t even work, which meant more time wasted going back and forth. Once inside, things only got worse. The shower sounded like a siren whenever we turned it on – loud enough to make you cringe. The toilet paper was sitting on the floor because the holder was broken, and there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs, so hotel staff walked right in without warning. Completely unacceptable. It looks like they started remodeling at some point but ran out of money halfway through – there are unpainted walls, exposed wires, mold, and overall, the room was just not clean. Even the curtains were falling off the rod. To top it off, the “pool” was located in the basement – very small, with a so-called “lazy river” that had no floats and barely fit the name. It felt more like a forgotten feature than an amenity. This property should absolutely not be listed under any “People’s Choice” category. We understand this was a last-minute stay, but that shouldn’t mean a total drop in quality and basic standards. Sadly, we wouldn’t recommend staying here.
