Upon first arriving, I was hesitant by the exterior. It's a motel, with outdoor entrances. But the interior is totally renovated and has a really neat throwback palm springs theme going on. We only stayed one night but enjoyed it! The employees at the front desk were nice and personable. The provided robes was a nice touch you don't get at most hotels. And the pool and cabanas looked nice too, though we didn't check them out. Since it's an older building the walls are kind of thin, but for the most part the outdoor noise didn't bother us. I would stay here again, the location is unbeatable.

The Wayback, Pigeon Forge, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel, offers precisely this, making it an excellent and uniquely suitable choice for local residents.
Firstly, its "unbeatable location" directly on the Pigeon Forge Parkway is a massive draw. Jun 09, 2025 · BryannaMy husband and I staying at your hotel. It was very clean, all of the staff were very friendly and kind. The pool area was always clean and neat. We definitely would love to come back. We had dinner at your restaurant and the food was excellent. I love all of the colors that were chosen for the hotel decor.
Jun 10, 2025 · Patricia JohnsonSo I’m giving this a five-star rating, BUT I want to emphasize that this is NOT the usual Marriott property, in my experience, so please read the reviews carefully to make sure you will be happy with the experience. It is more like a “motel” in that all rooms are facing out into the parking lot, and more importantly, open to noise from the pool area and really busy four-lane road going through Pigeon Forge. Staff was great, and responsive - we didn’t have hand soap in our room upon arrival and they immediately brought some to us. The room itself was really nice - updated, comfortable bed, really nice shower, great towels. There is a safe and I believe refrigerator in the room, but no microwave. We stayed in a room with two queens - and felt there was a lot of room for us to move around in. There is an elevator and ramp system going up to the different levels. The air conditioner is a wall/window unit - it helped drown out the noise of the street and kids in the pool and walking outside - my friend and I were fine with it, but again - if you’re used to quiet, this probably isn’t the place for you. For us - it was great, and we both agreed we would stay again.
Jun 15, 2025 · C ESuper cute, retro stay! We just stayed for our anniversary trip to Pigeon Forge! The bartender gave us two delicious drinks for our anniversary, and the staff were so kind! Quiet, clean, and cute motel rooms despite its little quirks due to it being an older building. The pool area is so cute, and the hot tub was divine! Will stay again when in the area ☺️
