The hotel was nice and conveniently located. We stayed in the adjacent building, and our room was decent and very clean—kudos to the cleaning crew! The staff was friendly and professional, and our stay met our expectations. The only reason I gave it 4 stars out of 5 is due to the air conditioning; it had a slightly damp smell, which may indicate it needs a filter change or cleaning. Other than that, we were quite pleased with our stay and the overall value. with our stay and the overall value.

Jul 30, 2025 · J. Sol-AleI'd like to say this was a pleasant experience, but this hotel is a dump. I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews before booking. The staff was perfectly friendly, but the hotel itself is disgusting. We stayed one night in the hotel proper (there are cabins, mini houses and campsites, too). The room was large, but had a damp, musty feel and smell, and why on earth would any hotel ever paint the walls brown?! Made the whole place feel dirty. Carpeting felt dirty. Common areas and carpeting were visibly dirty. You can hear EVERYTHING in all the rooms around you. We booked this room because of the included passes to Land of Natura (which was totally awesome, thankfully), but I would never stay here again. $418 for one night. We were 4 people, and had I just paid for the water park passes ($45/pp) and parking at the water park ($40) separately, I still would have paid $200 for this room? This was highway robbery.
Jul 19, 2025 · Circus MomWe come to the dells almost every summer and stay at this resort and we always enjoy ourselves, the front desk staff was extremely polite and the rooms and pool area were very nice and clean as always the only reason I gave four stars and not five is because as long as we have been staying there we never had to request to have housekeeping clean the rooms so we were shocked when we came back after a long day of fun and the rooms were not clean but the front desk kindly explained that you have to request to have it cleaned which I’ve never heard that before but they were nice and asked if we needed anything so that made up for it. Other than that the stay at this resort was fine
Jul 22, 2025 · Mike BThis was such an overall great experience, the Land of Natura tix included was TOTALLY worth it. I was completely shocked to have gotten a call from them while at Mt Olympus the day of to remind me of my checkin and get an ETA to make sure they had all our stuff fully ready. We stayed in Building B, room location was great. Pool area was perfectly fitting, I really enjoyed my time in the hot tub. If you have troubles staying asleep with random noises, bring a fan or white noise machine. Around 4am the room next to us had an alarm or phone call but on vibrate. This was heard clearly in our room for an hour. I found white noise through YouTube on their smart TVs and cranked that up to fall back asleep. Overall a great experience and I’ll gladly add this into our summer routine!
Aug 01, 2025 · Travis WinchesterI really enjoy this resort. I like that they offer free zoo admission and access to the Land of Natura and their other affiliated resorts. The down side is that the cabin i stayed in did not have a restroom which i did not expect when booking and the walls are thin and my tent camping neighbors were SO LOUD. I could hear everything they were talking about at midnight! There were also over 100 flies hanging out outside of out room which was super annoying but this wasn't the case for all the cabins. I would come here again but probably stay in the hotel where there are restrooms and fewer flies 🙃
