Dec 24, 2024 路 Marvin BrownIt was last minute booking with horrible experience, there is some problem with room ventilation, rooms are too old, bedsheets were covered with fabric dust. Reception staff offered me room with two queen beds as they didn鈥檛 had what I booked online, she never told me extra charge. Next day morning while checking out another front desk guy wanted to charge extra $20 for second bed which I never asked for, I avoided Drama by paying it, he was cocky throughout the conversation, as soon as he heard review word, his tone changed he became friendly.
Sep 04, 2023 路 sandip gadlinkarThe room hadn't been used in a very long time. There was NO water in the toilet and it had dead bugs in it and it was dirty. The bathtub was FULL of dead bugs. There was dead bugs on the bedspreads. Carpet was dark almost black stained in areas. Went to the desk and was given another room which wasn't much better. Won't be staying there again!
Jun 28, 2021 路 Aimee BajdoStranger things experience! I got here with two small kids at 2am only to me told I didn't have a room with them, I showed the lady at the desk my confirmation number and email with my credit card attached. She insisted I pay her cash for a room so instead of approx 70 dollars she wanted 110 cash, I got a Priceline rep on the phone who told me yes I have a room booked here and not to give her any cash. I then had to leave the hotel at 230am with two small kids and yes I was scared I didn't know if this was about us being colored or just plain robbery. I am blown away by this experience. I learned my lesson don't book cheap hotels in an area you don't know.
