This was our third family outing at PRL. Fishing was mediocre but there was plenty of tubing, canoeing and kayaking. Stayed in the connected loft cabins which made family access convenient. There were problems with the oven and furnace in cabin 7 but we were in able to use ovens in the other two cabins. All three units could use a supply of plastic cups for water and soft drinks. Overall our family enjoyed our stay at Paint River Landings

Other than no longer spotting canoe trips. Still love this place. Still 0 for on a few thousand casts. Have had thrilling follows and strikes. I will catch a Musky!

Nice owners, did a lot to help the kids find some fishing poles and life jackets for the boat. Everything was in working order. It’s rustic, so expect that, but we were pleasantly surprised to have wifi and a tv. The cabin was clean. There’s dishes but not a full set of silverware so grab some plastic ware! Would love if they had a washer and dryer. Can’t beat being right on the Paint River.

Nice cabins, though they need to spend a bit more time cleaning after guests check out.. floors were not mopped and refrigerator was dirty. Everything else was fine. The cabin we stayed in needs the old linoleum replaced with something more durable.

Quiet cabins, right on the river with gorgeous views! Private back deck with a trail leading to the waterfront, including a couple picnic tables and a fire pit. Modest kitchen but enough accommodations to cook meals for 3 people all weekend. The heat unit gets VERY warm (which is great) - we were all comfy.
