Dec 20, 2024 · LMarie HayesCurrently staying here for work. I asked for a certain room without hesitation. They helped me out and I'm still comfortable at my stay. I will be here throughout the remainder of my work. I recommend this place
Dec 14, 2024 · Shaquita PrinceIf I could give it zero stars I would. First of all I want to say that this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my lifetime. He couldn't understand that I needed to work longer in the day so I could get food money. He didn't care. His name is "TP". He screamed at me every single day because he claimed that I came home late. But I was working! He wasn't having any of it. Day after day he threatened to kick me out. This man didn't understand how so many nights I went to bed hungry. Or how the next morning I would go into work doing my Instacart orders and my blood sugar would start crashing. How deplorable and inhumane he was to me. I didn't deserve this kind of treatment. I'm a Christian woman who does Instacart and I don't drink, smoke, or do any drugs. I work 7 days a week. On the day he ended up kicking me out, he threatened to call the police on me if I wasn't out of there in 15 minutes. I was never so scared in my life. I will never understand why he wouldn't wait just a little bit longer for me to pay. What would it have hurt him? All I wanted was some extra time to do more orders so I could buy some food for myself. I don't think that's asking too much. As for the room itself, all the furniture was old, ripped, and worn. The cable went out every other day. The refrigerator froze everything in it. The floor was warped and you clearly hear conversations on the other side of the walls. It was so NOT worth the $77 that I so struggled to pay every single day. He also never gave me back my deposit. If any woman is thinking about staying here, please don't. It's not worth your physical and mental health to get screamed at and threatened by a thug.
Oct 27, 2024 · Tammy DarnellWas paying weekly here for maybe a month and a half. Went to pay today and was told it would be $50 more with the manager claiming i checked out. Claiming we needed to pay the deposit and claiming they would not give the $50 deposit first paid back. Screwing us out of 1 deposit and more than likely trying to get a second one too. As for the hotel room. The covers are thin, has rips being taped / badly stitched. The mattress was hard. The TV constantly went in and out and randomly shuts itself off. Walls was thin enough to hear what others in the rooms beside you had to say.
Oct 23, 2024 · Jaron AdamsThe owners/manager will kick you out for having company of any kind even for a short period of time and keep all ur money! I could understand if u have people running in and out but that is not the case whatsoever. 🤷🏻♂️
