I recommend this hotel to people for many reasons! The Rooms are very clean, even the refrigerator inside is spotless. The floor has been noticeably, swept and mopped. The over the stove microwave is a very nice convenience, and inside of it is immaculately clean as well. The front desk staff is extremely friendly! From what I have seen, they are even very nice to some very rude customers! Very professional! Remember that they deal with a multitude of different renters on a daily basis, and they have other responsibilities besides checking in or out guests… I would advise too please keep that in mind and be kind at the desk and you will get excellent service! Kindness goes a very long way!!

May 21, 2025 · Mandy Davis1 Star I do not recommend this hotel. There were roaches coming out from everywhere the bathroom, the walls, even near the bed. It was honestly disgusting and made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. On top of that, the rooms are outdated and in serious need of renovation. For the price, I expected a lot better. Stay somewhere else if you value cleanliness and peace of mind. Owner get pest control, I was not impressed........
May 16, 2025 · TRUCKER MATTEverything around was booked so I landed up in 104. The room is pretty basic but luckily no roaches or bugs. Staff is friendly. Location is convenient.
May 22, 2025 · Viyoma SarupWas loud, smelt bad, alot of drug activity. And the worker couldn't even log into the computer to find our reservation so he could check us in. It took about 20 minutes and multiple phone calls for him to figure out how to log into his system. And before that when we showed up to check in. Nobody was there (workers) he called the number multiple times with no answer and waited for about 30 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. And the lobby is tiny with no where to sit. And there was dog feces on the floor to the kitchen area in our room. There was burn marks all over the bathroom and the kitchen area. The room obviously was not cleaned. And you couldn't connect to free wifi unless you chose to pay extra. Horrible experience.
Jan 23, 2025 · Christain CummingsI can start from the beginning with this terribly ran establishment but Ima start with facts that can result in a FEDERAL INDICTMENT. The manager Amina says I had to leave before my stay was expected to end. Although she had no business going into my room, she claims she able to do this at any time when you question her about it she can’t even tell you why. Which makes me think you were attempting to steal, as you were not offering services. You had no business in my personal space. Next I go on to say, they asked me to check out 1/25/2025 and to be gone within the hour. I left by 5pm as they requested as I arrive to my next hotel they tell me this hotel still has be checked in under my FEMA registration. I’ve worked in a hotel so I know how this works and check out only takes 15 mins at the most so you asked me to leave and did not check me out. FEMA provided me details stating technically I don’t have to leave until i’m completely checked out and believe me I wouldn’t have should ai have known. lol I paid for my first nights stay, had to pay for my second days stay as well cause they still had me checked in. I called their corporate office and shared on my behalf the madness happening at this hotel and for me to be there only a few weeks I had a lot of information to provide. I tried to resolve my issues with their front desk and it took all THREE of them on duty to disrespect me in front of other guests, yelling throughout the lobby and the 1st floor. They even all followed me to the elevator as I was going to retrieve my things and departure still arguing and carrying on in front of numerous guests. The next day after I left the Manager who was on duty (Amina) tried to call me, and for what when you could’ve been adults before instead of the heathens your mother raised. Ain’t no talking or no chit chatting everything will be by the book now as far as I’m concerned. The potential issue still stands, would love to see how things work out for this business moving forward as FEMA said that is stealing funds from the government. FEMA reimbursed me which is great, but there definitely needs to be something done about this staff here. They argue with every guest! And they are purposely ignorant and aggressive. Terrible NO STARS
