I would not stay here again, not much going on with safety and security at night. Room was dated, I was given room 200 the tv wasn’t even plugged in, the electrical outlet near the bed was coming out of the wall, all the furniture in the room was old and well used, I’m suspect if the sheets were changed, there was hair in the tub. When I checked on the staff never gave me a rundown of the hotel, I had to asked her how to get to the room, the elevator was old and slow. The staff when I checked out was friendly and helpful. Pool is closed, restaurant not open, no breakfast or coffee in the morning. I won’t be coming back.

This place has really gone down hill. Our shower has something unidentifiable growing on the wall and the tub area. We had to asked for clean towels. Food was left in the mini fridge from previous guest. Our room was never touched by housekeeping. The security locks were broken off - literally! Any one could have entered the building. Fire alarms and detectors were removed and not replaced thus exposing wires. When I spoke to the desk manager about my concerns, I received the following response: We do not provide clean towels for two night stays (Honey, were are here for three.); the best we can do is to deduct the $30.00 security deposit for damages. What! I did not cause the damage. I have photos of the shower and tub area, which I showed her, and emailed same to the owners. No response.

Was not told pool was not working.The Lounge closed . No food available. Ice machine broke. Large rust spot in bathtub. Hot tub I cleaned myself. Who knows if disinfected. No remote. Tried 5 different remotes before they brought another tv and remote.Holes in curtains. Furniture worn.Complained and all you got was sorry. Here's your bill. Never go back.

I absolutely love this hotel. The rooms are super clean. The beds are really comfortable. The rooms come with everything you could need. The heated pool is awesome! I could not be happier with the accommodations. The staff is also Amazing always there to help if you need it .

This is our third stay at this hotel, and while we've experienced issues each time, the staff has always resolved them promptly. On our previous visit, we were initially given a room with one bed instead of two, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. A maintenance crew member even helped us with our luggage. However, the room had several problems, including non-working outlets, a rusty shower, and a broken elevator that forced my disabled mother to walk a long distance. Despite these issues, the customer service was exceptional, and we were told that the hotel is working to make improvements. On our most recent stay, we encountered many of the same problems, including a cold room, a non-working phone, and dirty conditions. We also found evidence of previous guests, including sticky residue on the night stand, old stale food on the floor, garbage under furniture, and bug carcasses. Once we checked out and returned home, we were shocked to discover that we had been charged $250 for violating the non-smoking policy, despite the fact that neither of us smoked. The hotel claims to have photographic evidence, but we dispute this charge and believe it may be a case of elder abuse or fraud. We hope that the hotel will investigate and resolve this issue promptly. After several attempts to soak with the GM, they never returned or called. We disputed the charge with the bank, and after investigation, my mother was refunded the $250 charge. These people do not represent Radisson well. Avoid this dump!!!
