My senior dog and I had a lovely time! The floor was great for her, which is hard b/c she slips on pretty much any surface other than carpet. The setting was fabulous. That big picture window is even better than you imagine! I am already looking forward to my next stay! It was quiet, relaxing, beautiful, and the cabin has everything you need! I did get charged for something I didn't use and they were quick to help me get it refunded. Their customer service is exceptional and w/ speedy replies. Tips: it's gravel at your site, so bring something soft for your animals! And don't forget a tweezers - ticks abundant!

We stayed at the Wild Rose, WI location this past weekend and were completely blown away by the experience. Postcard Cabins truly thought of everything - from s’more supplies and firewood to cozy chairs and a fully stocked camp kitchen. It was like camping, without the hassle. The cabin itself was beautifully designed, with a floor-to-ceiling window overlooking a quiet meadow and forest. We watched deer roam each morning while sipping coffee, all while enjoying the comforts of a real bed, electricity, and running water - no need to tow a camper or set up a tent. It felt remote and peaceful, but totally comfortable and easy. Whether you're a seasoned camper or someone who just wants a relaxing weekend in nature, this is the perfect in-between. Highly recommend Postcard Cabins for your next unplugged getaway! Just a genuinely great experience. ❤️

We booked our Postcard Cabin stay in February for our anniversary. We were so impressed, we made a reservation in the spring in May before we even left! We loved the beauty, privacy, solitude, and comfort. It was a place to reconnect with nature and each other. HOWEVER, we were extremely disappointed when the chain became affiliated with the Marriott. Prices were unbelievably increased. The price of a weekday overnight which had been $99 rocketed to $125 or more. Service fees went up, too. A similar 5-night stay was now priced $300 - $400 more than what we had paid in May. Nothing changed but the ownership. Sorry, for that price, we'll find an adventure elsewhere.

I'm updating my review since Ive now stayed after the company Getaway was bought out my Marriott. My stay was really not good. I requested a ADA cabin due to my disability and was reassured multiple times by now Postcard cabin that they had my request and could accommodate it. I got my confirmation email and it said nothing about the cabin request. I then contacted Marriott and talked to someone I think was in France and they told me they had the request but there was NO guarantee and then told me it looked like the cabins were already booked and not available. I then got the email for postcard and emailed them and they told me I had the ADA cabin. I then replied back to be sure as Marriott told me they "were not available". At this time Postcard responded back letting me know that the cabins were having maintenance during my stay. This is now days before my stay, too close to cancel and refund. I was told they could put me in a level cabin but that is all. I decided to try this and when I arrived there were 4 steps into the cabin, and the shower was so small I could fit my shower seat inside. I also feel off the stairs during my stay as there are no hand rails for safety. Also during my stay at a cabin that is meant to get you out of the loud city and into the quite of the wood I sat and listened to backhoes and dump trucks going back and forth. Never once was I called to be informed that my quiet stay would be louder then expected. I get these things can happen last minute but then you should call your guests and let them know and allow for a reschedule OR maybe offer a refund of some kind as an apology for not getting the full experience. Also they now tack on a $35 fee daily for wood, coffee, tea, cocoa, and snacks. $105 for 3 night stay that you can not refuse. I have multiple food allergies and celiac I don't need other peoples food I supply my own due to my conditions. The wood I was supplied was 3 packs and NEVER got replenished during my stay even though it was suppose to daily. Again no option to refuse this destination fee. I did connect with a manager post visit to just let them know how this stay went and how dangerous the situation was for my disability and if I was fully in a wheelchair I would have been camping in the woods rather than glamping in a tiny cabin. I was told she was very sorry and she would get back to me about some type of either refund or something as this was just not acceptable. Never heard anything back from her. Unfortunately this is no longer the Getaway company and now a big international company that I will not support. For the price of this tiny cabin for 3 nights I can rent a Air BNB for less money as they have now raised prices and tacked on fees for stuff I won't use. I had a trip planned for the fall but decided to cancel this and its been now nearly 2 weeks and 3 calls to Marriott and still no refund. SUPPORT LOCAL RENT AN AIR BNB!

So sad to write it, our family was a regular customer of getaway, but after postcard bought this business we saw a very big difference. I may describe a lot, but if you was previously visiting getaway and now is going to postcard - you will fell a very big difference. What's the main issues: 1. A lot of bugs in the cabins. They didn't treated from pests. Find a tick in the bed, a lot of ants and spiders. 2. Destination fee. This is seems like joking, but np. But we was very surprised when we bought 2 dates, we had 2 reservation, then we was negotiated with manager to combine 2 reservation in to 1 and stay in 1 cabin... they agreed. But they didn't agreed to refund second destination fee. There was some more issues, but i don't see any sense to describe it. Looking for a new cabins.
