Terrible service from day one. The room was not cleaned at all smelled of smoke. Plastic bag covered the fire detector. Food in microwave, sheets not changed, wash cloth and towels look like and smelled like they do not use bleach at all. Took pictures for evidence and went and told Karen about it all she says is there’s no other room and she sent the maintenance guy to take off the plastic bag off the fire detector. I don’t smoke and the room smell gave me a head ache. Next thing happened is that every time they came to clean they bring dirty towels and wash cloth. Showed Vicky the picture of it and she said buy my own towels and wash cloth. Wow! Lastly myself and son went to work and school on a Monday and room cleaning is done. A crack pipe was on the floor and the beds wasn’t changed at all. I took a picture and went to Vicky, her 17 year old daughter and I’m not sure if he’s the owner was there. Told Vicky and she said what ever that is in the room is mine. I told her myself and son don’t smoke. The person who cleaned the room had to have dropped it on the floor. Vicky then said you don’t like it you can leave. Very, very unprofessional. I have pictures to prove my case. Also I don’t have company in the room. I should receive an apology asap. Corporate should hurry up and investigate these people who run this place.

However, a contrasting review highlighted significant concerns regarding cleanliness and odors, stating that a room "smelled of smoke" and that towels "look like and smelled like they do not use bleach at all." This indicates a commitment to providing a valuable start to the day for those staying at the hotel.
However, the hotel's service quality has also been a point of contention in customer feedback. One review detailed a "terrible service from day one," citing issues with room cleanliness, including uncleaned rooms, unchanged sheets, and dirty towels. The review also reported an incident where a staff member's response to a complaint about a foreign object in the room was highly unprofessional, allegedly stating, "what ever that is in the room is mine. I told her myself and son don’t smoke. The person who cleaned the room had to have dropped it on the floor. Vicky then said you don’t like it you can leave." These instances, if accurate, point to significant inconsistencies in guest service and complaint resolution, which are critical aspects of a hotel's operations. The reported difficulties in getting issues addressed, such as a plastic bag covering a fire detector and the recurring problem of dirty towels, suggest areas where service delivery could be inconsistent.

Apr 04, 2025 · Love EverythingIt meets the minimum requirements, but only just, it's a cheap room with a bed. Clean enough, comfortable enough, but don't expect any kind of service. They refused to honor the simple request of taking the Bible out of the room, and I was about 10 minutes late for breakfast and they had nothing for me except to say, "it's over, sir."
Jan 27, 2025 · Gabriel SWriting this review as I try to fall asleep in a room that reeks of old smoke. It is gross. I asked for a change of rooms or a refund: nope. All this for $289 for one night. Booking.com never makes things right either so I am just hoping I can save others the trouble. Also had someone knocking on my door very late. I am glad to have my dog with me at a place like this. After note: every item of clothing I took into the hotel (even those that stayed in my bag) and my bag reeked of cigarettes when I left the next day and had to be washed. Truly worst hotel experience ever.
