It was a great stay even though it was for work. The washer and dryer are $2 each and they do an excellent job. Unlike many hotels I've been to the dryer actually runs long enough on your $2 to make sure that a full load of clothes are completely dry. The front desk staff are very, very warm and friendly. Overall, I couldn't ask for a better experience and hope to be back there next time we visit Road Atlanta.

Apr 20, 2025 · The Gas ManMost of the workers here are real rude & unprofessional. The bigger guy who works night shift, drives the Lexus was trying to buy weed from my gf and smoking it out front of the hotel. Leaking roof in lobby so they can’t provide breakfast. Most of the rooms are questionable. Didn’t keep first rm. Also had a charger and shoes that was never recovered.
Jun 14, 2025 · Daniel (WeldSlick)This hotel needs to be torn down. This looked like one of the hotels you see on the First 48 tv show. We booked the hotel because we working in the area and were staying a week. I booked through the App and the pictures looked ok. Well, when we arrived, we were like HELL NO we are not staying here. The breakfast area was all dark and gloomy, it smelled in the lobby. It was not appealing at all. The rooms smelled like smoke, holes in the doors that the tried to patch with drywall mud. There was no breakfast served. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Its disappointing that Choice Hotels has this hotel under their umbrella. I reserved with an expectation and that expectation was not met. The manager will probably respond to this with the same blank response but they really need to look at either doing a huge renovation or demolishing this building. Its close to Wake Forrest and I feel bad for those who come there for events and book this hotel. It is straight up NASTY. Now I will say that the two people I interacted with were very polite because they saw my frustration and they tried to help me out, so I will give them credit there, however the owners of this property need to be ashamed to call themselves hotel owners of this dump.
May 26, 2025 · Rod BellI wish I could give this zero stars! I booked with a travel company to stay here and usually don't have troubles with cheap hotels as long as it has a bed, TV and a microwave and refrigerator. What I don't expect to pay almost 200 dollars for is for bed bugs and roaches, especially when I got bit after changing 2 rooms and trying to be civil. I keep trying to get my refund back, but they won't answer their phones from me nor my travel agency, and if I don't get my money back today! I WILL CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT ON YOU ALL. Update: Leo was very friendly and attentivir to my needs so Leo if you're reading this please find a better hotel to work for because my anger is more towards the establishment as in management of the rooms and not customer service.
Mar 10, 2025 · Valachia Sanada-SamaThis place was in a very sketchy area, the room was dirty and very dated. Some furniture was chipped, one light could not be turned on. The nicest thing that I can say is we didn’t see any roaches!
