Beds were super hard and uncomfortable. Water didn’t get hot in the shower at all. The pull out bed didn’t have sheets and the was a nasty rag that was behind the couch. Room was hot and muggy when we got there and had a weird smell. Possible black mold on the bath room ceiling. They lady at the front desk refused to print me a receipt upon check out this morning 06/12/25 and had the worst customer service! She seemed like it was a inconvenience to be working. Upon check in and out the there was no one at the desk they were sitting over in chairs on there phones. They lady with the accent acknowledged us we walked in and the lady that checked us out did not. The shuttle bus was nice and new. The driver was super nice and informative. The lady that checked us in was super nice but very hard to understand and read her writing. Very thick accent. Would not stay again.
For those of us in Tennessee, especially when planning a trip or hosting visitors, finding a hotel that balances convenience, comfort, and value near key Nashville attractions is always a priority. The Quality Suites Nashville Airport, located strategically near Nashville International Airport (BNA) and the vibrant Opryland area, aims to be just such a place. As an all-suite hotel, it offers more space and amenities than a standard room, making it a potentially appealing option for families, business travelers, and anyone looking for a bit more room to stretch out.
It's important to approach any stay with a clear understanding of what to expect, and real customer feedback provides valuable insights. While some guests have highlighted areas for improvement, like the comfort of some beds and hot water availability, and have noted challenges with check-in experiences, there are also positive remarks. The shuttle service, for instance, has been praised as "nice and new," with a "super nice and informative" driver, suggesting that direct interactions with staff, particularly the shuttle team, can be very positive. One reviewer also noted that "The lady that checked us in was super nice." It's clear that while the hotel aims for a positive guest experience, individual stays can vary. The hotel manager's proactive approach to address concerns and offer a partial refund in one instance shows a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Jun 12, 2025 · Hailey TidwellUPDATE: The hotel manager reached out to me, apologized, and gave a partial refund of my second night. So, I increased my stars from 2 to 3. Not the worst hotel we've been in, but not great either. Was expecting a lot better from Quality Suites. When first entering, we were impressed by the modern look. However, no one was at the check in counter. There was a young lady sitting in a chair on her phone who looked at us and said hello. We didn't know if she was staff or customer until I asked where to check in. She got up and went to the counter. Her accent was thick and it was difficult to understand her, but she was friendly enough. On the elevator up to the room, the window was very dirty, and the garbage can next to the elevator on our floor was overflowing. Our suite was nice at first glance. However, we found out the couch was old, uncomfortable and broken. There was a bag tied around the smoke detector, the carpet looked like it needed a good cleaning, and we were unable to access the safe. The bathroom was very small and not big enough for two if you have children you need to attend to. The bed, however, was very comfortable and the room was clean, aside from the carpet. The breakfast was decent. On the Monday we were there, they had waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt and apples. We did complain about the issues with our room on Monday morning, and we were offered a room change. We were in a hurry, though, and said we could stay one more night (we paid for 2 nights) but wanted them to be aware of the issues. We got back to the hotel around 4:00 and decided to check out and not stay an extra night. We asked if we could get a refund for the night, but they said no. It was too late in the day. That's understandable. However, with the issues we had, it would have been decent of them to at least give us a partial refund. We won't be back to this one.

Jun 05, 2025 · V. L. StankusThe service is great, but the rooms are dated and need an upgrade. I always enjoy staying here, but because of rooms remaining stuck in 2000, I will not rebook a reservation here until some much need upgrades are made. Plus, the hot water boilers have to be manually reset to get hot water. Great location for sure, but just really old and dilapidated furniture, bed and flat screens

Jun 09, 2025 · Bruce HuneycuttThis quality inn is unique and covers the basics well. The lobby is expanisive and the Mexican restaurant is actually very nice. The staff at both are top notch. The rooms were big and super 1994. In 1994, this was the spot. Now it's its it's it's a spot, but a solid one with good character with values that shine thru, like treating people with respect. Breakfast was a C+, but it did the trick. Location is still bit sketch but safe enough, just construction and blah blah and lots of transient type of street folks. Better than some spots you may land in this town.

Apr 03, 2025 · Abby WonderStaff was friendly, breakfast was good, hotel was a bit dated, building/room lacked maintenance, airport was loud, housekeeping forgot towels one night but the front desk brought replacements up quickly, beds were mostly comfortable but had a few busted springs that were loud
