May 19, 2025 · Tandra HollandI want to thank Randy for making my family feel special, my kids were unable to use the indoor pool around time of checkout, and allowed us to stay few extra hours on the house so my kids can make use of the indoor pool. Thank you so much for your amazing professional service. This is our second time coming here and will absolutely be back again. Very family friendly and alot areas to eat around close by. Again thank you Randy for making it extra special! You are amazing!
May 18, 2025 · Juan RiveraGood day. I’d like to start out by personally thanking Randy, the General Manager and staff for all of their willingness and delivery of services to make right on a room that had some issues. I did not tell them until the day of checkout but I believe they would have fixed these issues right away if I would have told them while we were still in the room we stayed. Randy personally called my cell and sincerely apologized for the unseen issues of the room and didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to make it right. We stayed again and had an absolute amazing time. The rooms (suite w/ 2 rooms in one) were very very clean, everything worked as it should, staff was great again, swimming pool area was top notch clean and safe for the families there. This place is excellent. Great for all guests including plenty of things for kids to do along with adult entertainment as well. We will definitely be staying again. I give them a 10/10 Thanks again 🙂
Apr 13, 2025 · JK3Been coming here for about 4 years for the great American outdoor show. The staff here are super nice and always accommodating. They have a nice lounge area, ping pong tables, pool tables, a small pub area and a very nice dining room. For the show they offer buffet breakfast and free shuttles to and from the show saving us 20.00 parking and hours waiting in line. Very pleasant place with indoor and outdoor pools, business center and a small arcade are. Prices are reasonable and rooms are comfortable. Will be returning next year!
Feb 09, 2025 · John ShowlerThis hotel is more like a resort, in my opinion, with a plethora of activities to do within the hotel, let alone around the Harrisburg Area. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, arcade room, free billiards in the bar area. Enormous bar! Amphitheater for business gatherings. Multiple conference rooms as well. I mean this place is gigantic. The staff is beyond friendly and always accommodates your needs with a smile. Highly recommend for business gatherings or sport tournament affairs as it lies in a central location to Hershey, York and Lancaster. Rooms are above your average hotel. Flat screen TVs that are at least 55in whereas other hotels I've stayed at are much smaller to where you have to squint. Not here, I was very impressed. Cleanliness is above average as it should be. Management Team has done a great job making sure standards strive beyond excellence. 5 star rating and I wouldn't give a review unless I was extremely impressed
