We were in town for my sons baseball tournament. We only live about an hour and 40 minutes away but given its a 2 day tournament we figured after time, tolls, and gas we might as well get a room. Pros: •The price wasn't bad at all (we stayed friday-sunday and had a standard room with 2 queen beds) and I was actually expecting it to be a lot more so I was happy about that (I think it came to $98 a night). •The front desk staff was extremely pleasant, eager to help, and always acknowledged us when we were coming and going Cons: •The shower reminded me of a jail shower lol I dont know how to explain it but there's no door or curtain its like you walked through the shower doorway and turned left and the shower head was like back around the corner? And there was hair in the shower when we first arrived which grossed me out a bit. But also, with how the shower was laid out it was hard to clean the dirt out of after my son showered from his baseball game (because it wasn't a standard square/rectangle shape) •The beds were the most uncomfortable things. My partner and I both woke up with sore necks and backs. The mattresses were really hard and you could feel the springs or whatever is in them (felt like springs). We weren't expecting westin heavenly beds for $100 a night but I was hoping they were going to be better than what they were They had free breakfast, im not sure what all that entailed other than cereal and fruit as we didnt eat breakfast here but my son got juice every morning from the machine and my partner got coffee which was nice. They have a small indoor pool too. I took my son down the first night but there was a group of very young children down there screaming and my son said he'd rather go back to the room (it was really crowded and the kids screaming echoed to where it was a lot lol) but having an indoor pool is nice and if it wouldn't of been so crowded we would've definitely utilized it. All in all, I wasn't disappointed. Unfortunately, I'm spoiled because we usually stay in Westins BUT thats comparing apples to oranges. For the price I paid, I cant complain. I was honestly nervous I was going to see a roach or some other type of infestation because where I live, hotels under $100-150 a night are typically the drug motels that include roaches lol so I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and quiet it was as well as how friendly the staff was.

Jan 13, 2025 · Ashlynn DunnIt was my first time staying at the Sleep Inn & Suites hotel (at 631A Eisenhower Blvd).... and it will absolutely be the last time. I booked a room just for one night, and from first glimpse the room looked clean and tidy... but when I woke up this morning there was a bed bug... and for the price I wasn't anticipating running into this kind of issue, but very disappointing and definitely won't recommend this place, clearly there's more where that came from I'm sure.
Apr 26, 2025 · Sharibet ArchboldFirst I’d to thank Cheyenne that was working the desk at my stay which was in October. She interacted with people very well and made myself, and others I’m sure, feel welcomed. She is very professional, pleasant and very good at multi-tasking! There was a discrepancy in the rate, but she handled it along with her general manager, Andy Patel. So thank you! The double queen room was very good- clean and comfortable beds. I’ve stayed here before and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Natalie
Nov 08, 2024 · N KI've been staying here for about a month for work with a couple of breaks, and it's been absolutely fine; the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and do their best to ensure their guests are happy. The coffee machine at the breakfast bar has been out of commission on a couple of occasions, but I haven't been dissatisfied otherwise!
