First off the beds are so comfortable. I slept so well the first night I took a nap the next afternoon. My room was super clean and smelled nice. My phone didn't work which really wasn't that big of a deal. My TV only got Christian stations. But I had my phone and watched movies on that. It was a pleasant experience and the staff were all nice. Lindsy the housekeeper was helpful and friendly. Not a bad a place to stay especially if your looking for a comfy bed and a good night's sleep.

Feb 22, 2025 · Christine DrakeI had a hard time with deciding how to rate this. The hotel has received renovations, but there is only so much you can patch with it still looking run down. The room was clean enough, but could be better, I'd rate that a 6 out of 10. The tub fixtures were very stained with water stains and the tiles had a lot of soap scum. Toilet and sink appeared clean. Carpet beside the bed needs a good clean. The hallways could definitely use a deep clean. I'd say it's been awhile since the carpet was vacuumed . You can see where they have patched the walls and ceilings in both the common areas and the rooms. Lighting in the room was very dim and made the room seem smaller and dingy. Can't open the curtains so it was very dark. Staff was no where to be found on more than one occasion. Coffee was not available and had to ask for cups and tea. The young woman on the front desk on Friday didn't even speak to us when we asked for the cups. The young man on Saturday was friendly. Nobody was available on Sunday, no coffee made and no hot water for hours (tried to have a shower from 6 am to 9 am when we had to leave) and nobody on the front desk to report that too. Room was not cleaned on Saturday. Bed was strange, soft on the top half and rock hard on the bottom. When you sat at the end of the bed it was like sitting on a board. Needless to say backs weren't happy. It was a good location for accessing the highway, and could walk to restaurants and a grocery store. It was very quiet Friday night, a little bit more noise on Saturday night but there was nothing major and it was quiet all night. Slept well due to how quiet it was. If you are just looking for a place to overnight on a road trip, this is a good economical choice.
Mar 04, 2025 · Janet McKnightWe enjoyed our stay. The renovations are great. everything was very clean. Convenient to the expressway and many restaurants. Be sure to check out the Hollywood restaurant nearby. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. My only negative was the lukewarm water for the shower.
May 04, 2025 · Mark WThe room was clean. The sheets crisp. The water was hot and the towels big. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. The room was great for what it cost. The many random people loitering about the place was off putting, as well as the trash and dog poop everywhere.
Mar 25, 2025 · Molly RocketWorst experience at a hotel I have ever encountered. Unprofessional. Rooms I reserved were not all reserved. If you disagree with anything they kick you out and keep your money. Homeless people living there under a government contract. Dogs wandering the hallways. Turn over service is not done so you enter a room not cleaned from the last guest. They own multiple hotels directly next to it so I wouldn't try them either.
