Mar 22, 2025 · E A C BOld rooms with hard beds, flat pillows, dirty towels, and poor showers. Staff is rude and tries to kick you out before check out time. Door keys are locked at 10am even though checkout is at 11am and while loading your vehicle you can get locked out of your room having to find someone to let you in. When you complain to staff they ignore you and walk away. Worst hotel/motel I have stayed in across the country in years. Thankfully it was only one night and we got out of there as soon as we checked out.

This place was horrible I was only there because of my daughter getting surgery for cancer, I thought this place would help with the stress of the travel but it added to it because as I went to bed there was cockroaches in the bed. I went to front desk explaining what happened. I had to go to another hotel I didn't feel comfortable staying in a hotel with cockroaches. I ask for some resolutions no one is willing to help. I will never stay in a Red roof ever again I will also never recommend anyone to stay in this facility. They made an already stressful situation more stressful.
