Nice, very quiet hotel. Stayed in a 1 bedroom queen suite and everything was very nice. The GE appliances in the room were extremely clean and looked brand new. There are two TVs in the room so no fighting with the kids if you want to watch something else. The only thing I would recommend is if you like ice turn on the ice maker in the freezer because there are no regular ice machines like other hotels. The breakfast is very good also and I would definitely stay here again.

Apr 21, 2025 · Robert Baker IIIGreat experience. Probably one of the better Marriott experiences I have had recently. The staff was great. It was in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. The rooms and hotel could use some TLC but nothing overly egregious. Would definitely return the next time we're in Pittsburgh.
May 20, 2025 · Tim KiserDisappointing Stay – Poor Housekeeping & Maintenance I recently stayed 3 night for short business trip and was expecting Marriott’s usual standards, but unfortunately, this experience was far from it. 1. No Housekeeping for the First 3 Days – Despite multiple requests, my room was not cleaned for the first three days of my stay. Basic services like trash pickup and fresh towels were completely ignored. 2. Dirty Towels Left in Room – If you stay for three days, don’t expect used towels to be replaced or even picked up. It seems housekeeping is practically nonexistent. 3. Trash Not Picked Up – The waste bin in my room kept piling up, making the space unhygienic and unpleasant. 4. Repetitive & Low-Quality Breakfast – The breakfast selection was almost the same every day, lacking variety. Even budget hotels provide better options. 5. Hallway Carpets Smell – Walking through the hallways was unpleasant due to the musty and unclean smell of the carpets. As a business traveler, this was unacceptable, and my six colleagues had the exact same complaints. We had to escalate the issue to our corporate booking team to remove this hotel from our approved list. If you’re looking for comfort and basic cleanliness, I do not recommend this hotel. Marriott should seriously reconsider the management of this property.
Mar 26, 2025 · Jatin PatelThe rooms are tired BUT for one night to break up a long return home, totally fine. Excellent water pressure! Showers get hot vs just warm. The friendly staff quickly resolved two issues, including mailing back a pair of earrings I had accidentally left in my room. I really appreciate that kindness--customer service is everything!
Apr 13, 2025 · SuzanneWe are here now. The rooms are pretty run down. The pull out bed in the suite has nasty stains on it so I refuse to let my kid sleep on it. The rooms are kinda dirty too. We usually stay at the Drury and I remember why now. You can’t trust other places. The pool and hot tub area is nice and the outdoor area looked nice but it’s raining so we are not using it. I pray that breakfast is ok in the morning but it’s safe to say I’ll never stay here again. Also zero pillows or blankets for said pull out bed. This place is just gross 🤢
