I booked a top floor corner suite. We ended up in a mid level suite and it was fancy, but it sucked for what we paid! The coffee pot is probably the cheapest peace of junk I have ever seen in a hotel room and it was dirty. No microwave or anything else to heat food up. Tried to call the front desk and couldn’t get through. Housekeeping suggested I go to the front desk to get their attention. Valet took over 30 minutes to get my car. Water was left in the room with the ice bucket, which would be nice, but the sign that says they will charge the room if you drink it. I definitely won’t be back to stay here again.

May 18, 2025 · Robert StarrThis hotels not worth full price. If you decide to go use a discount travel site and pay less than $200. When you check in the inform you there is a $20 an additional a night resort fee. There small refrigerator and no microwave in the room. Room service is good and not too expensive. The restaurants on the premises are very expensive. Housekeeping services are available only when requested after you have stayed 3 days. The 2 hotels I stayed. at on the way home were better
May 18, 2025 · Judy MayWe had a wonderful stay at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino. The view of the Canadian side from our room was absolutely stunning! The whirlpool tub was a relaxing highlight, and the room also featured a large TV for unwinding after a day out. It’s just a 10-minute walk to Niagara Falls on the American side, making the location super convenient. The staff was very friendly, and the casino added great energy and fun to our visit. Parking was easy with a garage connected to the hotel by a bridge, which was really handy. Highly recommended for both comfort and entertainment.
Apr 30, 2025 · Tom TeicherI was very impressed with the hotel and room. I had a room with a jacuzzi on the 21st floor, and it was amazing . The room was clean and spacious. There's a bar, a few shopping places and a few restaurants. I ate at three sisters' place and was very good. However, I would order breakfast rather than the buffet next time. Places like pizzas. that deliver nearby that are good. There's free parking and lots of it . There's neighbors near that are totally run down, but besides that, it was amazing stay.
May 05, 2025 · Jamie CreamerThe Seneca Niagara Casino is a stone's throw away from the majestic and world wonder Niagara Falls. It has many fantastic restaurants. I highly recommend the Western door if you want. Fine dining. Three Sisters offers casual dining at its best as well. Although I would like it to have more old school slot machines, there is a good variety of gaming offered. Their fireworks display around the 4th of July is the best in the area!
