I checked in after midnight after a 15 hour road trip. tony was manning the front desk, and let me tell you he was absolutely so accommodating, nice, and went above and beyond. We were so tired and he made sure our only responsibility was to enjoy ourselves. Even called about 10 minutes after we walked into the room to make sure everything was good with the room and to see if he could do anything for us. As for the hotel itself, I see a lot of negative comments about the rooms, they are better then decent but nothing to write home about. But when your vacationing who actually spends time in the room? They were clean, modern looking, definitely worth the extra bit for the Canadian view room. As for the price I think its acceptable given the location, and the room. Once again thank you tony for making our welcome such a positive experience especially after the roadtrip we just endured.

May 17, 2025 · Robert EontaThe rooms were clean, the staff were super helpful and within easy walking distance to the falls and an amazing little coffee/sandwich shop. (If you don't go to The Spot) during your stay, you're missing out!) There is no hot tub and having the pool not separated from the lobby by anything other than a half wall is slightly awkward, but other than that, would definitely stay again.
May 15, 2025 · Karen ReedyI recently stayed at this hotel and I wanted to share my wonderful experience The hotel. It’s very Quiet. You can arrest very well. Employees, very nice and polite. This hotel doesn’t have Breakfast It has a big parking lot and you can walk to Niagara Falls Park This Is, my second time staying there, flying From Boston, MA
May 17, 2025 · MildaWhen we arrived, we were not informed that all the ice machines were out of order. Being on the 5th floor, it was inconvenient to repeatedly go down to the lobby to ask the front desk for ice throughout the day. Although we were told that our floor had been renovated, it didn’t appear so. The bathroom paint was peeling, the tub was deteriorating, and there was no hand soap provided. The hotel’s location is ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the falls and within great walking distance of nearby attractions. However, the management should focus on addressing the needs of their current guests rather than prioritizing renovations solely for profit, especially given the nightly rate. The staff, on the other hand, were incredibly kind and did their best to assist us, but unfortunately, they couldn’t resolve the underlying issues. It’s disappointing to see a hotel with such a prime location neglecting customer care in favor of profit margins.
May 02, 2025 · Sarah DevRooms were in terrible shape! Tub wouldn’t drain, things falling apart, heating/ AC not working properly. The staff however were amazing! We stayed for 3 nights as a hockey team and cannot say enough good things about everyone working there, fantastic service! So accommodating and went above and beyond!
