Our stay at the hotel was very good. The room was clean and smell really good. The bathroom was remodeled and clean. There was no mold or mildew. Breakfast was included with the stay and was very good, fresh, and varied. The hotel staff was courteous. The hotel is fair crossing the state park for which it has+ in location. They charged you $ 10 the night for parking, which was a fair price compared to the price of other hotels. If you are a choice member, they do not charge you parking. I would suggest that they put additional trash in the trash cans. They are very small and for a stay of several days it is not convenient. Something that I liked a lot about this hotel and its staff was that they were sending me tips by email about the hotel. I had never received that from another hotel. The area of Niagara Falls Ny is a dead area. Businesses were closed and there was not much variety of food in the surroundings. Keep that in mind.
For those searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in the iconic destination of Niagara Falls, New York, Comfort Inn The Pointe stands out as an exceptional choice, particularly due to its unbeatable location. Situated at 1 Prospect Pointe, Niagara Falls, NY 14303, USA, this hotel is famously known as the closest hotel to the American Falls, being just a short walk, reportedly as close as 400 yards, from the brink of this majestic natural wonder. Its strategic position places guests directly at the entrance to Niagara Falls State Park, allowing for immediate and convenient access to all the major attractions, dining, and entertainment that the Niagara Falls USA area has to offer.
The environment surrounding Comfort Inn The Pointe is dominated by its remarkable proximity to Niagara Falls itself. While the hotel itself has a modern building structure, its immediate surroundings are the natural beauty of Niagara Falls State Park. Many rooms offer spectacular views of the Niagara River rapids, the State Park, or even the Canadian skyline, providing a constant reminder of the awe-inspiring natural landscape just outside. The hotel provides a clean and comfortable indoor environment, with rooms designed to be pleasant and well-maintained. The atmosphere is generally quiet, allowing for a restful stay, which is a significant advantage given its central location. Although the immediate area of Niagara Falls, NY, has been described by some as having limited variety in terms of surrounding businesses and food options, the hotel's prime location within walking distance to key attractions means guests can easily reach dining and entertainment, albeit within the context of the downtown Niagara Falls, NY, area's current development.
Comfort Inn The Pointe is dedicated to providing guests with essential comforts and convenient services to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free visit to Niagara Falls.
Comfort Inn The Pointe's appeal is largely rooted in several key features:
As part of the Choice Hotels brand, Comfort Inn The Pointe often participates in Choice Privileges rewards programs, allowing members to earn points for stays that can be redeemed for free nights or other benefits. This is particularly relevant given the waived parking fee for members. Guests are encouraged to check the official Comfort Inn website or contact the hotel directly at (716) 402-5350 or +1 716-402-5350 for the most up-to-date information on rates, availability, and any special offers or packages.
Important considerations for prospective guests include the aforementioned parking fee (though often waived for Choice Privileges members) and the general assessment that the immediate surrounding area of Niagara Falls, NY, may have limited dining and business variety. Guests should plan accordingly, perhaps relying on options closer to the falls or those accessible by a short drive. While the hotel provides a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, it does not have a pool. Check-in time is typically 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. It is important to note that the hotel generally does not allow pets, so travelers with animals would need to seek alternative accommodations.
In summary, Comfort Inn The Pointe serves as an excellent choice for anyone searching for "Hotels Near Of Me" in Niagara Falls, NY. Its unparalleled location, combined with clean and comfortable rooms, a satisfying complimentary breakfast, and a friendly staff, makes it a highly convenient and value-driven option for exploring the majestic Niagara Falls.

Apr 19, 2025 · Virna RosadoThe rooms were very neat and clean, and the location is great—just a short walk from the falls. Breakfast was good too, with decent variety. The only downside is that they don’t offer free parking; it’s paid, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient spot.
May 20, 2025 · Amulya MReally disappointing stay. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. The hotel is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The bathroom was filthy with hair from previous guests, and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Way overpriced for the quality. They also charged me for parking even though I was clearly told over the phone that parking was free. When I brought it up, the staff didn’t care at all. Don’t fall for the location—it may seem close, but there are plenty of better hotels even closer to the falls entrance. I recommend staying near the Holiday Inn or other well-rated hotels in the area. You’ll get way better service and value for your money.
Apr 16, 2025 · vivek shresthaLocation is key for this hotel! Very near to all attractions! Breakfast is good. Not many options but fair enough and it is included! I had a very good experience. My room was clean as it should, every employee I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Very good staff. I for sure recommend this hotel.
May 06, 2025 · Lauriele MMy event was cancelled, I had no control. The Hotel refused to refund my pre-purchased, fully paid room night as it was a non-refundable rate. OK, not happy but I understand. On the checkout date, the hotel charged my credit card again for the full rate, even though It was prepaid on the same card. Will be disputing the charge through my bank and would never recommend this double-charging hotel.
