The location was perfect! The hotel has a great swimming pool and large fitness center. Our room was on the 11th floor and had a wonderful view. You could even see Philadelphia in the distance. Shopping and restaurants were all around. There was a big selection of choices that makes the location a wonderful choice. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. They had a breakfast, but we missed it. I would recommend the hotel!

Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne Introduce

As part of the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform category, the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne stands as a notable accommodation option for those seeking lodging in the Langhorne, Pennsylvania area. This introduction aims to provide a comprehensive and objective overview of the hotel, drawing from publicly available information and customer feedback, to help local users make an informed decision.

Located at 400 Oxford Valley Rd, Langhorne, PA 19047, USA, the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne is strategically positioned to offer both convenience and accessibility. The hotel’s phone number is (215) 547-4100, and its mobile phone contact is +1 215-547-4100, ensuring easy communication for inquiries or reservations.

When considering the environment of the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne, it presents a mixed picture based on guest experiences. One highly positive aspect highlighted by a reviewer is the hotel's "perfect" location. This sentiment is further supported by the observation that "Shopping and restaurants were all around," offering a "big selection of choices that makes the location a wonderful choice." This suggests that guests will find a vibrant surrounding area with numerous opportunities for dining and retail therapy, a significant draw for many travelers using the "Hotels Near Of Me" platform to find convenient services.

However, another review offers a contrasting view regarding certain environmental aspects, particularly concerning parking and the general upkeep of some areas. The presence of a "small lot in front of the hotel in terrible condition, cracks and standing water" indicates potential inconveniences for guests arriving by car. The mention of a "semi condemned parking structure in the rear" and a "long dingy dark hallway (not ADA accessible)" leading to the elevators paints a less appealing picture of the hotel's exterior and access points. Furthermore, the description of the hallway as "dirty, and looks like it was last painted 15 years ago" suggests that some areas may be in need of renovation or more rigorous maintenance. Similarly, the lobby is described as "outdated." These observations suggest that while the surrounding external environment is highly favorable, certain internal and immediate external areas of the hotel may fall short of modern expectations or the typical Sheraton brand standard.

Moving on to the services and features offered by the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne, several amenities are consistently mentioned. A significant highlight for many guests is the hotel's recreational facilities. The presence of a "great swimming pool" and a "large fitness center" are attractive features, appealing to both leisure travelers and those looking to maintain their routines while away from home. These amenities contribute positively to the overall guest experience, providing opportunities for relaxation and physical activity, which are often sought after by users Browse "Hotels Near Of Me" for a comfortable stay.

Room features also contribute to the guest experience. One reviewer noted their room on the "11th floor had a wonderful view," with the ability to "even see Philadelphia in the distance." This indicates that higher floors may offer scenic vistas, adding value to the stay. However, a contrasting experience describes a first-floor room overlooking a "rusty ladder roof access ladder," suggesting that room views can vary significantly depending on the assigned floor and location within the hotel. Other in-room observations include an AC unit thermostat that "does not control anything" with "controls that were not well marked," and an "old" bathroom with a "sloped downward" countertop and a toilet that "ran all night long." These details suggest potential inconsistencies in room maintenance and functionality that guests should be aware of.

The hotel also appears to offer a breakfast service, though one reviewer mentioned missing it. This indicates a potential dining option on-site, which can be a convenient feature for guests, saving them the need to seek breakfast elsewhere. The hotel also features a club lounge on the 14th floor, which one reviewer noted offered "nice views." However, the lounge's functionality was criticized, with the refrigerator being "almost empty," an "open case of warm water on a plastic cart in the corner," and "no snacks and no attendant." This suggests that while the concept of a club lounge is present, its execution may not consistently meet guest expectations or brand standards.

Staff interaction is another crucial service aspect. One positive review explicitly states that the "desk staff were friendly and helpful." This indicates a positive front-line service experience, which is often a key determinant of guest satisfaction. The contrasting review also mentioned that the "staff were polite," suggesting a generally courteous demeanor from the hotel's employees, even amidst other criticisms.

In terms of promotional information, while specific deals or discounts are not provided in the given text, the overall positive feedback regarding the location and amenities like the pool and fitness center serves as an indirect promotion. The fact that the hotel is "recommended" by a satisfied customer further acts as a form of positive word-of-mouth promotion, especially for those searching on platforms like "Hotels Near Of Me." However, the critical review serves as a cautionary note, suggesting that prospective guests should manage their expectations regarding certain aspects of the hotel's condition and amenity execution, particularly when considering it as a "Sheraton brand" experience.

In conclusion, the Sheraton Bucks County Langhorne, as presented on platforms like "Hotels Near Of Me," offers a compelling location with easy access to shopping and dining. Its notable features include a swimming pool and a fitness center, which are definite draws. While the staff generally receives positive remarks for politeness and helpfulness, there appear to be inconsistencies in the upkeep and modernity of certain areas and room functionalities. Prospective guests should weigh the benefits of its prime location and recreational amenities against potential concerns regarding parking, some aspects of general maintenance, and the consistency of certain services like the club lounge. It is advisable for users to consult recent reviews and potentially contact the hotel directly for the most up-to-date information on its current condition and offerings before making a reservation.

This has to be the worst Sheraton I've ever stayed at. Let's start with parking, there is a small lot in front of the hotel in terrible condition, cracks and standing water make for precarious parking IF you can get an open spot. If not you will have to park in what appears to be a semi condemned parking structure in the rear of the property. You then have to walk through a long dingy dark hallway (not ADA accedsible) to get to the elevators. The hallway is dirty, and looks like it was last painted 15 years ago. Once you get to the lobby, it too is outdated. The staff were polite. My room was on the first floor and overlooked some sort of rusy ladder roof access ladder. The AC unit thermostat on the wall does not control anything, the unit itself had controls that were not well marked, good luck trying to figure that out. The counter top in the bathroom appears to have sloped downward possibly from someone standing on it. The toilet ran all night long. The fixtures are very old. I decided to visit the club lounge on the 14th floor, nice views, but that is where the nice ends. The normally well stocked refrigerator was almost empty. There was an open case of warm water on a plastic cart in the corner, no snacks and no attendant. I decided to skip the restaurant and went off site for dinner. Definitely does not live up to the Sheraton brand.

The Sheraton Bucks County has hosted our square dancing event for a few years now, each time doing a terrific job (though I am a bit "put off" by their contract requirements of a certain level of spending at the bar. Yes, I know this is an industry standard practice, but a lot of people doing an unsavory thing doesn't lessen the stink of it). I was particularly grateful for the help and good nature of the front desk and housekeeping staff (Miguel , Ingrid, and Sanaa) when I had misplaced an item of value that ended up being found in my own car -- whoops! I think they should not assume that a person is checking out simply because they ask for the bill (we often need the bill to settle up with our roommates before checking out). I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich in the restaurant. Yummy!

Checkin service was good. Room was ok. In room coffee cup tops useless because Didn’t fit the coffee cups . Pool was closed, hot tub not working. Website says shuttle to sesame place, but was informed at check in that that doesn’t start until after Memorial Day. So spent an extra $40 for parking. Otherwise prob worth it if going after Memorial Day to save on parking at sesame place.

I’m giving 1 star for location proximity to Sesame Place. We specifically booked this location for its inclusion in continental breakfast and a pool. I was encouraged to sign up for a loyalty program upon check in from Sky, and told buffet is 7-10am the next morning. When I went down with my kids (Friday) I was greeted by a paid for sit down option. I went to the front desk rep, Sanaa. She told me “no never never ever ever ever in the whole time I’ve worked here so we do continental breakfast.” (Which felt like a condescending way to help me understand the impossibility of my inquiry) I asked for a voucher for my children as an accommodation, also considering I just signed up to be a BONVOY member. She proceeded to answer the phone in front of me and offered a supervisors phone number on a post it? Found that to be unacceptable so I will be contacting the Food and Beverage director, as that is the only card she offered. Feel like my signup for membership is pointless and I wish I could revoke that conversion since I would not stay at a Sheraton again. A simple accommodation on a family vacation goes a LOOOONNNNGGGGGG way and this review would have easily been 5 stars.
